Chapter 7

I just finished washing the dishes from dinner. I am not right for....... Then Mrs. Collins came into the kitchen and said, "Freak! It is time for your punishment! Go to the basement!" I nodded my head and ran to the basement.

******Warning Abuse******

When I got down to the basement, I started to take my shirt off. Mrs. Collins came down and went over to grab the whip. Then she said, "Turn over and face the wall. Don't move." I did what she told me because I did not want to get more whips. After about 20 whips, my back started to bleed, and I started to pass out.

I opened my eye to see that I am still in the basement. I guess that I passed out when I was getting punished. I slowly got up, so I did not hurt myself more, but I that did not help. I slowly made my way up to my room and started to pack all of my things. I need to get out of this nightmare. I made my way back downstairs and headed towards the door. I opened the door and headed out to the night. I had no idea where I was going, but I just needed to get out. An hour later, I made my way towards a playground. I saw a figure sitting on the swing; I took a closer step to is who it was. The figured looked like......

"Harry?" I called out. The figure turns towards me and said, "Rose?" I made my way towards him and asked, "What are you doing at here all by yourself?" "I could be asking you the same thing." He responded. I laughed and he continued, "I needed to get out." I said, "Are you running away too?" He laughed and said, "Yep, I am heading to the Leaky Cauldron" "I was trying to make my way to there." I said. He said, "We can go together." Then suddenly, a bang resounded and in front of us was a huge, tall, purple bus. A conductor in a purple uniform leapt out of the bus and began to speak loudly to the night. "Welcome to the Knight Bus, emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard. Just stick out your wand hand, step on board, and we can take you anywhere you want to go. My name is Stan Shunpike, and I will be you conductor this evening." He continued and said, "What is your names kids?" "Neville" Harry said. I looked at Harry and then I said, "Violet." "Okay. Well, Neville and Violet where are you going?" He asked. "The Leaky Cauldron" Harry replied. "You got it kids! Come a 'board" Stan said. After about 20 minutes, Harry and I finally arrived at the Leaky Calderon. Harry and I headed and asked if we could get a room. Tom, the owner, said, "Sure, but I only have one room available." I looked at Harry and said, "I am fine with that you are like a brother to me." Harry then told Tom that we will take the room. Tom handed the keys to Harry and said, "15 sickles." Harry asked, "Can I give you the money tomorrow. I need to make a trip to Gringotts?" Tom replied, "Sure." We may our way up to the room. When we got inside the room, I asked, "Can I come with you to Gringotts?" Harry said, "Sure." I got into the bed and said, "Goodnight Harry." "Goodnight Rose" He replied back.
