Graduation day at Addison high

Leo's POV:
Today is graduation day and of course I felt very excited, happy, nervous and other feelings I couldn't say.
I'm not the only one who felt that way though, Hermione, Luna, Tyler, Roxy, Michael, Renne and a bunch of other kids in the senior year.
All of our parents came today to witness our graduation and this is honestly the first time I met Hermione's parents. They do seem like pretty nice people though.
"I'm so nervous Leo, I'm having a hard time breathing properly" Hermione whispered to me for the millionth time today
"I know, you've been saying that for a while now" I said giggling hiding my own nervousness
"So, the next thing is college. What if we all go to college and we aren't as close as we are now?, what if we find other people in college and forget about each other?. I don't ever want to ever forget about you Tyler, never!" Luna asked before holding Tyler's hands quickly in the last part closing her eyes dramtically
"We won't forget each other, we can always talk through phone calls, texts, video calls and we would surely be meeting up from time to time. There is absolutely no way I'll ever forget about you Lulu and I know you'll never forget about me" Tyler said before poking her nose and she giggled
"Love birds" Roxy teased her and they both laughed
"You won't forget about me too, right Michael?" Renne asked chuckling
"No way Renne, that's not even supposed to be a question" Michael answered back
"I hope you don't also forget me Leo, I'm not sure any one would love me at college, I'll probably not be getting another boyfriend so if you forget me I'll probably end being a single, lousy, depressed cat caretaker at a dirty cat orphanage" Hermione said and all of us laughed but she looked drop dead serious so I pulled her into a hug
"I'll never forget you Red, you're my ride or die" I say looking into her eyes and she smiled at me
"OK, everyone, gather around, the ceremony is about to begin" we heard Principle Addison yell into the microphone from the front of the hall and we all went to have a seat waiting for ceremony to begin.

"I'm now officially a graduate" Hermione announced again for the hundredth time on our way to Brain Freeze for a picnic before we start preparing ourselves for college.
"I know Red, I'm one two" I said giggling before stopping the car and coming down to open the other side door for her to come out but turned out she was quicker than I was
"Hurry Leo, let's go" she said running holding the picnic basket tightly
"Why the rush?" I asked right behind her
"Leo, this might be the last picnic we'll ever have. College would make it difficult for us to see each other as often as we used to, today might be the last time we get to do this without any distractions or anything so, I want it to be memorable" she said back to me looking down.
I went over to her and raised her head by using my finger to raise her chin up and that made her blush,she looked soooo cute.
I quickly took out my phone and took a picture of her and she looked at me shocked
"What was that for?" She asked
"Now, it'll be memorable, all I have to do is to stare at this cute pic of you" I responded
"Then what would I stare at when I'm missing you?" she asked and I pulled my watch and handed it to her
"How about that watch?" I asked
"But your mother gave it to you, you can't just give it to me willy nilly" she responded in an 'are-you-insane?' tone
"I'll get it back on my wedding day so don't worry" I responded and she just stared at me before realizing what I meant then covered it up with a blush.
"I love you Hero" she said shyly
"Love you too Red" I said back and she pressed her lips against mine.
I wanted to really live this moment forever with Hermione, I wanted to stay the way I was with her and forget about anything, I wanted to forget we were going to college and not be in the same school anymore, I wanted to forget we wouldn't be able to see and hang out every day, I wanted to stay like this with her till the end of time or till I probably die of suffocation as I'm not breathing right now......O yeah, I have to breathe.
I pulled away from her slowly with the realization that I needed oxygen and just stared into her amazing eyes waiting for her to break the silence as I wasn't ready to say anything and she finally did
"So.... How about that picnic, huh?" She asked with an awkward laugh and we both went to set the picnic stuff.
