Chapter nine: your safe now

Venom froze at those words and her head ached as she felt Morgan began to fight back with all the will she had, and for a five year old she had alot of it. Of course Peter knew who she was, he was her big brother and she knew who she was too. She wasn't Venom, she was Morgan Stark, daughter of Iron Man and she wasn't going to let the Venom creature use her anymore, because she wanted her life back. Venom screamed and thrashed as she felt her body rip open and Morgan came out trying to get away. But Venom was strong and did it's best to hold on to its host
"Petey it's too strong, help me! " Morgan cried out as Venom continuously tried to swallow her back up
"Hang on Sorelina, I've got you just don't move, " Peter instructed and despite being scared Morgan obeyed
"Karen active taser webs and don't use them on my sister, aim for Venom. " Peter said as his helmet covered his face again and he fired his electric webs right at Venom's chest, it screamed in pain and Morgan screamed in fear for her life "Somebody grab her... I don't want her to get.. hurt.. " Spiderman said as he struggled to keep his taser webs going as they were built to tase not electrocute,
"I'm on it, " Cap said quickly grabbing the terrified girl, Venom roared in anger as its host was taken but Spiderman wouldn't let the creature move,
"Peter I must advise that you let go I'm not going to be able to keep the taser webs going much longer, " Karen cautioned but he didn't listen and kept using his taser webs until Venom had scattered all over the place, feeling exhausted he dropped to his knees and panted. The symboite attempting to attach itself to Spiderman but since his entire body was covered it wasn't really working, suddenly lighting appeared in the sky and the remaining pieces of the symboite we're struck with it.
"I say nay foul villain, " Thor said holding his hammer high above his head just in case he needed to strike it again.
"Petey, " Morgan said tearfully as she ran to him,
"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to become bad, it told me it was your friend, and I just wanted to be like you and Daddy." Morgan cried and Peter held her close
"its alright Sorelina, I've gotcha ya your safe now, and don't blame yourself it wasn't your fault. " Peter told her,
"I wanna go home, and see daddy, " Morgan said as she clung onto him "yeah me too. "

"Hold still sweetheart, this will only hurt for a second, " Bruce said as he rubbed her arm with some rubbing alcohol, even though the symboite had been destroyed Peter wanted to be sure that nothing like it could infect his family again. So he convinced Bruce to give Morgan a small vaccine of the antidote, she was very nervous and held her mother's hand so tightly that Pepper thought she almost broke it.
"Ouch, " she said as she rubbed the cut the needle had left,
"do you feel better now love? " Pepper asked her daughter
"yes but I'm very tired and my head still hurts, " Morgan answered
"Your going to need lots of sleep Sorelina, it will help trust me. " Peter said and Morgan flinched a little bit she didn't want to be by herself after all that had happened
"can you take me to bed Petey, I real don't want to be alone, " Morgan asked with a small quiver in her voice
"of course, come on little miss. " Peter said picking her up off the med bay bed
"say thank you to Dr. Banner, " Pepper insisted to both of them, reminding her children to use their manners.
"Thank you Mr. Hulk, " Morgan said suddenly feeling very shy and then burying her face into Peter's shirt
"that makes two of us, Dr. Banner I really appreciate all you've done, " Peter said giving the older man a smile and then carrying Morgan to her room.
"Petey will Daddy be okay? " Morgan asked as Peter tucked her in, when she had gotten back to the tower and found that her Dad was unconscious, she was very upset. 
"well Daddy is stronger than anyone I know, but right now he needs extra sleep because he's been hurt, but he's a fighter and nothing can keep him down forever. " Peter explained even though he was still uncertain about his father's situation at the moment,
"I'm sorry that I did all those bad things Petey, I didn't mean to hurt you but that slime monster had me... "
"trapped yeah I know, a couple of years ago before you we're born the slime monster had me trapped and I didn't think that I would ever be set free but than Dad saved me not with his weapons but with his love, and its what made me fight the monster off. " Peter explained and the guilt from that event still existed inside him,
"like how you saved me? " Morgan asked in shock, she had no idea her brother had once been in the same position she had been in.
"Yes he's my hero, " Peter said with a smile "sleep tight Sorelina, I love you tons, " Peter said giving her a kiss on the forehead and then standing up to turn off the light
"I love you 3000," she declared and then fell asleep.

A couple of days later Tony finally woke up, not aware of how much time had passed. "Oh my gosh Morgan! " He screamed believing that she was still under the control of Venom,
"Tony its alright, Morgan is safe Peter and the others saved her. " Pepper explained to him as she tried to get him to relax,
"when did this happen and is Peter alright? Does he need medical attention? " Tony asked still full of questions
"Tony your son is just fine, in fact he's outside playing with Morgan right now. " Pepper said trapping him in a hug, and after a while Tony finally relaxed
"help me up honey, I wanna see my kids. " Tony insisted as he tried to get up from his bed but Pepper kept holding him down claiming he needed to rest.
"He's actually all right to leave, since he's made a full recovery, "  Bruce explained and gave Tony the permission to leave "only if he promises to take it easy, " Pepper stated and Tony gave her a smile
