In a dark alley, near where Oscorbs laboratories used to be a small black and weak symbiote know as Venom made its way through the streets eager to infect someone so it could regain strength. At the moment it was too weak to infect a human but small animals would do, for now, nearby a stray alley cat jumped out of the dumpster and started to clean his orange fur, and took no notice to the symbiote closing in on it. The symbiote attached itself to the cat's tail and the cat yowled as it felt Venom force its way into his body, eventually, the cat's protests came to a stop and his once green eyes we're now a pale white color and his fur had patches of black in it. The cat meowed and then walked off into another alley now hunting for food.

Peter barely got any sleep at night mostly because of his duties as Spiderman or because of all the schoolwork he usually left to the last minute. Now, however, he got even less because Morgan kept everyone at the tower wide awake during the night with her cries, he loved his sister but it didn't mean that during the night he wanted to use one of his webs to keep her quiet so he could at least get two to three hours of sleep.
"Dude that's the fifth time today you've nearly fallen in sleep in class, why are you so tired? " Ned asked poking him awake before their teacher could catch him falling asleep,
"I haven't slept in 72 hours Ned, I have a little sister now and she loves keeping me and everyone else awake. " Peter said sleepily
"maybe take a break for like a week then, because you look exhausted, " Ned commented
"thanks Ned, " Peter said sarcastically and then pinched himself so he wouldn't fall asleep.
"Mr. Stark are you with us? " The teacher asked
"yes sorry Ms. Stein, " Peter apologized and he could hear Flash snickering behind him but he was going to be the bigger person and not even give the kid a glance.
"Just make sure it doesn't happen again and Mr. Thompson cares to tell everyone in the class what you're laughing about? " Ms. Stein asked giving Flash a glare and the boy remained silent, Peter had bit his lip so he wouldn't laugh himself. Suddenly his spidey sense (Or peter tingle I guess) went off and he looked around the room to look for anything threatening only to see a cat clawing at the window. 'My senses must be on the fritz because I don't see anything about that cat that could be threatening, ' Peter thought to himself and turned back to his work only for his spidey sense to go off again. 'Seriously? ' Peter thought getting a bit annoyed but still turned to look back at the cat only to see that it had run off, 'okay I know I'm tired but I'm pretty sure I didn't hallicute about a cat clawing at the window. ' Peter decided to write the incident in his notebook in case something like that ever happened again. Finally, the class ended and Peter was allowed to leave before he could Flash stood in the doorway so he couldn't go anywhere.
"Do you mind?" Peter asked sounding quite annoyed
"Going somewhere, Penis Parker? " He asked
"yeah I am and for the 100th time its Stark now, " Peter said rolling his eyes he didn't have the patience to deal with Flash right now.
"Don't lie about that just like you lied about having an internship with him, I bet Tony Stark doesn't even know you exist. " Flash taunted and Peter had to him, this guy sure had some guts to trash talk about him in public,
"what's your deal Flash does picking on me somehow make you feel better about your own sad miserable life? " Peter asked lifting his eyebrow and Flash was instantly frozen at the powerful statement,
"hit a nerve didn't I, now if you excuse me I have to go home. " Peter said pushing past Flash and heading out to the front of the school where his ride always was,
"Woah man you totally shut him up, " Ned commented amazed that Peter had finally managed to get Flash to back off.
"Living with Tony Stark will do that to you and don't worry I'm sure by tomorrow he'll be back to his mean self so I haven't gotten him my back completely. " Peter explained "I still think it was awesome, oh that's my mom I'll see you tomorrow Peter. " Ned said walking off towards his mom's car,
"bye Ned, " Peter called out walking to his Dad's limo where Happy was waiting for him. "Hey Happy, " Peter said as he got into the limo and sat down. "Hey kid, " Happy said giving Peter a small smile before returning to his usual grumpy look.
