Chapter 5 - The Near Kiss

It's been a week since Annie woke up and today is the day that she is getting released from the hospital. The doctors told Dana Sue that Annie had to stay home for a week before attending school. It was almost time to leave the hospital, and Dana Sue made sure everything was ready when Tyler walked in.

" Hey, my mom sent me to help; what do you need help with?" - T

" Oh, hey Tyler, can you just put those bags in the car." - DS 

" Yeah, sure, where's Annie?" - T

" She is just getting ready." - DS 

While Tyler was putting the bags in the car, Annie and Dana Sue walked to where Tyler was. After dana sue, and Tyler packed everything in the car, Tyler went with Dana, Sue, and Annie to help and keep Annie some company because Dana Sue had to go to work.

{ Annies house}

While Dana Sue was at work, Tyler and Annie sat on the sofa watching a movie. 

" I have a question." - A 

" Ok shoot, what do you wanna know." - T

" Well, it's a Saturday night, you could be at a party with your friends, with Cece, your girlfriend, but you're here with me, and I'm pretty sure Cece would not be happy that your spending time with me instead of her." - A

" Ok, first, I'm happy to be spending time with you, I've missed you, especially after the message incident, and I want you to know I'm sorry about that. second, Cece and I broke up." - T

" Don't worry about the whole message thing; I forgive you, and I didn't know about you and Cece breaking up, are you ok." - A

" I'm fine, I broke up with her." - T

" Why did you break up with her?" - A

" Oh doesn't matter." - T

" C'mon tell me." - A

" No, not telling you." - T

" Please." - A

" No, my lips are sealed." - T

" Please."- A

" Fine, but promise you won't tell anyone." - T

" Yep, I promise, now tell me." - A

" Ok, I broke up with Cece because I like someone else." - T

" Ok, now you need to tell me who." - A

" Yea, no, that's never going to happen." - T

" Can you at least give me a clue." - A

"Ok fine, she goes to our school. That's all I'm saying." - T

" Fine, I will drop it, but this doesn't mean you won." - A

" It so does." - T

" I will find out eventually."- A

" Not likely."- T

" I'm gonna find out." - A

Before Tyler could say anything, Annie threw a pillow at him. 

" Okay, that's just rude." - T.

" You're only saying that because I just won, and you won't admit it because you're a sore loser." - A

" Oh really" - T

Before Annie could reply, Tyler threw the pillow back at Annie. They both stood up and had a pillow fight for 10 minutes. 

While falling back on the sofa, Annie said, " Ok, I'm done, you win." 

" Haha, I knew I was the best-- "

Before Tyler could finish what he was saying, Annie pushed, and he fell and landed on top of her.

" Sorry" - T

" It's fine, and I am one who pushed you." - A, instead of saying anything, they just looked at each other, and they were about to kiss when Dana Sue knocked. 

"umm, I think I should go." - T

" Yea." -A

" Bye." - T

" bye." -A
