- 15 - You love my voice Seanie boy

Everyone was now in Kiara's house. Sean was in a wheelchair because of precaution and Ashton was pulling him forward. Sean was actually not supposed to leave the hospital yet but a nurse would soon arrive to help him on his feet in no time. Perks of being a SCP agent.

"Guys!!" Kiara and Casey ran towards them and gave them a careful hug. They kind of felt bad for not visiting but Sean wasn't mad at all.

Sean had been in the hospital for three days and he was glad he saw his friends again.

"I'm sorry I didn't come to visit, I was-" Kiara started but Sean held his hand up. "It's okay love. Ashton told me about your girlfriend. I'm sorry you had to go through that." He said while shaking his head.

Kiara opened her mouth and looked at Ashton with narrowed eyes. "You did?" She asked. Clearly not liking it. She trusted him with her story so she didn't really like the fact that he just told Sean about it without her consent.
Ashton gave her a small smile. "Sorry, I just, Sean just, I just-"

"I knew why Casey didn't come but I didn't know about you. So Ashton reassured me that it wasn't because of me." Sean interrupted him.

A smile appeared on Kiara's face as she looked over at them. She could see that something was different. The vibe around them was different.

'Did they finally get together or are they still denying it?'

"Of course it's not about yo- Wait."

Kiara turned around and looked at Casey. "What was your reason?" She asked.

Casey looked up, her eyes widened. She hoped they were just gonna ignore that part. "What? I don't- I-"

Casey swallowed the lump in her throat away and looked at the ground. "I don't want to talk about it okay? Forget it." She said, sounding a bit upset.

"Sean! Ashton! DO YOU WANT SOME COOKIES?!" Crystal came running, her eyes were sparkling as if she had just seen a unicorn walk by. But her smile dropped once she saw how upset Casey looked.

"Oh sweetie what happened?" She asked with a pout. She walked up to Casey and put her hands on her cheeks.
Casey sighed and lowered her gaze.

Kiara's eyes widened. It wasn't her intention to make Casey feel so bad. She was just asking about it.

"Hey, I didn't mean.. You don't have to talk about it. I just.. I was just wondering." Kiara said while taking a step forward. She put her hands on Casey's upper arms and looked her in the eye.
Casey was still looking at the ground at first but then she looked up, locking her eyes with Kiara's. "I know." She said.

It was quiet for a second. They were just staring at each other like they were the only people standing in the room. It felt peaceful and Kiara didn't want this feeling to ever end.

But it did.

Ashton suddenly groaned out of nowhere. "CRYSTAL. Get. me. some. cookies." He said and hurried to the dining table.
Crystal hopped enthusiastically in the air. "COMING YOUR WAY!" She yelled before running back into the kitchen.
Sean sighed and looked over at Casey and Kiara. "The bloody idiot just totally forgot about me! He's getting on my nerves already and I just got out of the hospital." He muttered.

Kiara chuckled as Sean speeded away towards Ashton. "They are acting like an old married couple." She said while giving Casey a look. She nodded. "They totally are gonna be one."

After a while they all sat at the table, enjoying some cookies until Killian spoke up.

"I'm sorry I came barging in on your life Kiara." He muttered. He looked at his plate. "I know I'm not welcome but I just want you to hear me out."

Kiara put her cookie down and looked at him. She didn't start yelling this time. She just nodded her head. "Okay." She said.
A surprised look appeared on Killian's face as he looked up. "Okay?" He asked.
"Okay." She said. "I will listen but you better make it good."

A chuckle escaped from Casey's mouth and they all looked at her.

"I'm sorry. Don't let me interrupt you."

Ashton shrugged and took a bite from his cookie. "I don't even know who the fuck this is." He said. Everyone was looking at him now and Sean gave him an annoyed look, "Oh bloody hell, no one cares, let them talk." He said. Ashton narrowed his eyes and put his cookie down.
Everyone knew this was gonna take a while. They were about to bicker.

"No one cares huh? Why do you speak up if you don't care." Ashton replied while looking at Sean with raised eyebrows.
Sean just shrugged, "Because you were talking and I don't want to hear you voice." He said. He rolled his eyes and looked at Ashton with an intense look which made Ashton only more amused. "Yeah right, you LOVE my voice Seanie boy. In fact, you adore it so much that you even asked me to keep talking when you were asleep in the hospital." He said while gesturing with his hands.
Sean shook his head and let out a chuckle. "Yeah right! You just need reassurance that your voic-"

"Guys!!"

A silence fell over the room and everyone looked at Kiara. She let out a deep sigh but put on a smile. "Please get married or be quiet. I believe my brother wants to tell me something. He came all this way to talk about this so let him."

All heads now turned towards Killian who just looked at them with wide eyes.

'I know, they're weird but you'll get used to them.' Kiara thought.

"Okay well.." Killian started. "When our parents kicked you out.. I was 17. They forbid me to talk to you or even see you so I didn't get the chance to look for you and waited to move out." He said. "When I finally did, a year later. I was looking all over the city but got to know that you moved to another country. I was looking everywhere for you but I didn't have your number or social media or anything. A few days ago I finally got into contact with someone who actually knew where you lived so I came here. I know you're angry at our parents, I am too but please don't blame it on me because all I did was look for you."

And another silence came.
Kiara lowered her gaze and her eyes turned sad. Guilt came flowing in as she thought about what he went through.

'He must have felt even lonelier than I did but he chose to because he wanted to find me so desperately.'

She sighed and looked up. "I'm so sorry. I wanted to get away from our parents but never thought about how you felt. Please forgive me." She mumbled.
A smile appeared on Killian's face as he stood up and walked over to Kiara.
Tears welled up in their eyes and he wrapped his arms around her. "Only if you forgive me too." He muttered.

They hugged and Crystal started applauding. "Yes!!" She yelled excitedly.
Casey chuckled again and joined into the applause and seconds later everyone was applauding for them.
"It's good to have you back brother." Kiara said.
