The next morning he got changed and ajusted his hat to hide his ears then tucked his tail in his pants so it wouldn't be seen then he then grabbed his bag and camra then went to the cherry blossom park he took a few pictures and looked threw them then he climed up in a tree sat sat there his back against the tree a branch in between his legs he closed his eyes "wonder if he will come today or not" Niko mumbled he took a deep breath in then out and just sat there then eventually Ryako showed up "Hey Niko" Ryako yells out to him Niko jumped a bit as he was half aslep at that point "hey Ryako" Niko said and jumped down " dont dogs hate hights" Ryako said jokingly "normally but i like it up high and don't call me a dog" Niko said his tail wound up showing he couldn't really control his tail it had a normal sway to it "Niko why did you lie" Ryako said Niko tenced up "im guessing you saw the news" Niko said "yes now explain" Ryako said "im not going back they are bad people and i lied because i didn't want you to know the truth"Niko said Ryako sighed "are you going to turn me in?" Niko asked Ryako looked at Niko "Turn who in?" Ryako said Niko smiled "thank you" Niko said "i just dont want to lose you again and why will you be here all day anyway" Ryako asked "simple todays the day my life was made a living hell i was forced to watched my parents kill at this park today 8 no 9 years ago"Niko said Ryako looked shocked "you watched it them kill" Ryako said Niko shook his head yes he then looked at the lake nearby "i might go see them i haven't seen them since. . . all of it happened but i most likely wont"Niko said "what about your appearance" Ryako said "im part shapeshifter remember i can take on other forms" Niko said "oh well if you do go want me to go with you i mean i know it can be a bit hard doing this"Ryako said "uh yah sure"Niko said he pulled at his sleeve a bit "are you ok Niko are you feeling ok?" Ryako said Niko didn't respond his eyes shut and his tail goes lifeless he then fell to the ground unconscious "Niko!" Ryako screame caught Niko the hat fell off at this poinf his ears down then gently laied him on the ground he then checked Nikos pulse as to his skin was deathly cold but Niko had no pulse "No. . ." Ryako said he started to cry Niko slightly moved his head he stirs then wakes up he looked at Ryako who was in tears he tried to sit up but failed he looked at the sky "calm down Ryako i kind of died a few years ago and like became part vampire and all" Niko said Ryako looked at Niko and hugged him "why didn't you tell me is that why youve refused to tuch me are ok?" Ryako said "i didn't want you to worry yes and yah just a bit weak im dead and a vampire so if i dont feed properly shit like this happens and i dont like drinking blood so yah" Niko saod "when was the last time you drank blood?" Ryako asked Niko thought about it "2 weeks ago i can go up to a munth befor i die though but i will have some lovely passing out spells and unable to move like i am now at times" Niko said " how long will this last?" Ryako said "an hour maybe two give or take or i drink and im able to move again" Niko said Ryako adjusted the caller of his shirt and moved his choker "you can have my blood" Ryako said Niko looked at Ryakos neck his eyes go a blood red "i. . ." Niko mumbled he then licked his lips in a oddly attractive way and 4 faings show his body moved almost instinctively he was only able to move because he was going for blood Niko pinned Ryako to the ground "this will hurt. . . a lot "Niko said then bit down very hardly drinking the blood that came out of the wound it satisfied his hunger a lot faster then normal but the taste was so sweet he was almost compelled to keep drinking he bit down harder "Niko . . . .that hurts. . ." Ryako maneged to say Niko almost immediately released Ryakos blood on Nikos lips and a bit on his face "sorry its just your blood it was . . . never mind" Niko got off Ryako "um want me to heal it or do you just want to put a uh bandaid on it or something?" Niko asked "i can heal my own wounds" Ryako said laughing a bit at the worried expression on Nikos face he then healed the bite mark on his neck "Niko you still have some of my blood on your face" Ryako said Niko jumped a bit he licked some of the blood off his lips then wiped the rest off the red blood very noticeable against his white and grey hoddie the same for Ryako " and my blood was what Niko?" Ryako said Niko looked away he still had some blood smudge on his face "hmph" Niko said Ryako pinned Niko to the ground "it what Niko" Ryako said in a more demaning voice knowing its not that hard to get him to talk Niko avoided eye contact "its so sweet to the point its like a compulsion to drink more" Niko said on a low voice Ryako smiled and laughed "ok anyway Niko do you have a phone?" Ryako asked getting off Niko "uh no ive been trying to keep a low profile and its not like i could afford one anyway" Niko said as he sat up "Niko come on we are going to go get you a phone " Ryako said " didn't you hear me i wouldn't be able to afford a one" Niko said " and thats why im buying it" Ryako said and grabbed Nikos hand and helped him up "Ryako you really don't have to" Niko said and grabbed his hat and hid his ears again then grabbed his tail and tried to hid it again and succeed "why do you hide your ears and tail Niko" Ryako asked Niko looked at the ground "because they make me vulnerable" Niko mumbled out in responce to Ryako "but they are a part of you why hide it" Ryako said Niko didn't respond "if you don't want to talk about it tell me" Ryako said Niko heald the clothing above his heart he was silent "Niko?" Ryako said as he put his hand on Nikos shoulder Niko jumped back in a scared puppy kind of way "o. . .oh um im sorry i got distracted" Niko said he couldn't seem to look at Ryako "look at me Niko" Ryako said trying to see something Niko made no movement to look at Ryako "why?" Niko asked "Niko what's wrong" Ryako said Niko took a step back Ryako was confused and worried
