i wake up and see the sun blazing in my room. all of the sudden i hear footsteps coming. "are you ever going to wake up it's 12?" sam asks. "geez chill, i'm getting up." as i throw a pillow at him. "well i'm going to get coffee want anything loser." he says. "my usual pleaseeee." i smile at him. "alright, your welcome ayden." "it is my welcome." i laugh as he rolls his eyes and leaves my room.
as my feet hit the cold wooden floor of my room and go to my bathroom to look less tired. today mads was visiting from college and i haven't seen her in five months. she's 21 and has her life together and i'm 17 just being a teen but what else do you expect.
i wash my face and put on concealer, mascara with a little bit of blush and go to get dressed.

turns out i have to change from my outfit because i'm guessing a turtleneck won't be so great at the beach.
i throw on a yellow bikini with an oversized shirt and jean shorts with my birkenstock's
i brush my hair and run downstairs. i see sam pulling in. "hey loser i got your coffee." he says handing me a dunkin cup. i grab my keys and the drink. "thanks bro, and hey i'm going to the beach with my hoes so see you later." i say before messing up his hair. "hey!" he says trying to smooth his hair out. "and don't forget mads is coming home tonight and mom and dad are gonna be hella mad if you aren't home." he reminds me. "i'll tryyyy." i sing walking out to my jeep.
i get in. i put the keys in the ignition. i plug my phone in as my car cools down. i press play to my summer playlist and UCLA comes on and i drive to charlis house first since its only a minute away. i roll my windows down and pull out of the driveway and head to her house.
as i drive up i text her i'm here and i see her coming out smiling. she jumps in the passenger seat. "bro i need some coffee." she says as i laugh. we talk for a little until i pull up to kenzie's house. "how come domino always gets the front seat." kenz says as she hops in the backseat. "if you lived closer you would get the front seat." i sing as charli laughs.
once i'm finally at daniellas house addison is already there. "who's ready party it up!" addison screams as they put the bags in the car. we all turn up the music and vibe while driving to the beach.
the beach is an hour away, but i don't really mind driving to be honest. we pull into the dunkin drive thru and charli orders her drink and so do the rest of the girls.
once we get the drinks as i'm pulling out, i see the hottest guy in the car next to me.
"oh my god guys look how hot that guy is!" i say as we all look over. i forget the windows aren't rolled up and he can see me staring dead at him. he laughs as i drive away fast. "i actually hate myself." i say embarrassed as they laugh at me. "he thought you were hot sis." daniella says. "shut up no he didn't." i blush as i turn up the music.
we finally make it to beach. we lay all the stuff down and ended up tanning, swimming and building a sand castle because are you really going to the beach if you don't. as charli and kenz we're burying me i see the hot guy from dunkin with his friends. i realize its him and duck down. "what's wrong?" kenz laughs noticing i'm hiding. they both look over and realize it's him. "hey dunkin boy!" charli screams and laughs. "shut up!" i blush trying to hide.
all of the sudden i hear a guys laugh get closer. "you're the girls from the drive thru." he says as i try not to look up at him. "yeah, this is ayden." charli says pointing down at me, meanwhile i'm literally buried in the sand. he puts his hand out to shake mine so i shake it. "i'm josh." he says trying not to laugh. "ayden, which you already know." i say trying not to crawl under a rock and just die.
all of the sudden daniella and addison walk up. "oh my god, dunkin boy." addison says as they both laugh. "well i guess dunkin boy is my new name." he laughs.
his friends come over and introduce themselves. "i'm tony." one says. "i'm jaden." the other says we talk for a little bit and luckily i got out of the sand. "i think we are about to head out but is there any way i could get your number?" josh asks. "oh yeah of course." i try not smile as he hands me his phone and i put my number in. "well hopefully i'll see you later ayden." he says as i hand him his phone back. "you too dunkin boy." he laughs as him and his friends leave.
"well that was fate." daniella says. i laugh. "yeah okay, this isn't some wattpad story where i'm y/n although that would be nice." i say as they all laugh. soon we leave the beach and drive home.
i drop everyone off and finally pull into my driveway of my house.
