Taehyung sat down on one of the the chairs in the hospital corridor outside the operation theater. his eye brows here narrowed as he waited anxiously staring at the floor. The beeping noises of the heart rate monitor attached to Emma echoed through the walls raising his heartbeat.

Jin marched slowly up and down of the corridor speaking on his phone to the security.

Jin: "do we know who he is?"

Voice: yes sir. "An ex military sniper but now retired, looks like he has been doing this for money. Someone mist have paid him."

Voice: "last phone call he had was from am unknown number. The target was master v ofc."

Jin: "alright thanks, I will talk to u later."
He looked at worried tae as he ended the call.

Jin: "u alright??"
He asked tapping his shoulder.

Tae: "yeah I think so..."
He replied taking a deep breath.

Jin: "she will be fine don't worry"
Jin said reassuring tae.

Tae:. "She has to be, she is not leaving me again. I hate to see her like this."

Tae: "looks like Mr Henny played his old tricks again. Need to put him in his place soon."

Jin: "i told u he was too quit.shooter had calls from the unknown number can't trace it but u know it's obviously him"

Jin: "we got the MGM deal coming on the offer soon. And he doesn't want u sitting opposite him and win it. He's already lost so many because of u. It's not just about loosing anymore. It's about his pride."

Taehyung sat upright in his chair extending his legs.

Tae:. "He wouldn't have existed This long if I had actually started playing my game. I was too busy looking for her. But maybe it's time now."

He murmured sinisterly while gazing at the wall against him

As they waited, the lead surgeon walked out of the operating theatre removing his surgical masks and gloves. With a sign of relief he looked at both of them and spoke.

Surgeon:. "She is out of danger, we managed to remove the bullet quite easily. Luckily it didn't go through very deep. It's must have hit this piece of jewelry first and got deflected slightly and this is very very lucky. She is out of danger and it's not less than a miracle. U can thank this pendant for saving her life. If not about this, the bullet would have pierced throuh her heart. It will take some time for recovery."

He handed Emma's necklace in a small plastic bag with specs of blood.

Tae: "Thank you doc."
He thanked and took the necklace from him.

Jin: "Ahhhh that's good news!! Let's go and see her!!!."
He said enthusiastically.

Tae: "No hyung let her recover.i will introduce myself when the right time comes. Let's focus on the MGM deal shall we?"

He winked at Jin with a wicked smirk.

Jin: "Arghh! Im exausted man!! Let's go have a drink."
Jin huffed and he out his arms around taes shoulder and walked down the corridor.
