Zach:

Stella was sitting on the ground crying, Claire wasn't even talking to anyone, Andrea looked like a zombie.

I didn't know what to do, every person I loved was devastated and the person closest to a brother I had was battling for his life. My mate's sister was hurt and my mate was heartbroken.

Once we arrived at the hospital from the cottage the doctor told us we couldn't help here so it was better we go back change and come while he looks at both of them.

Anna and Isa were too impatient, they just did their woo woo thing and teleported themselves while the rest of us ran back.

After we were back, Mason my pack doctor informed me both their conditions were critical and they had to be kept in observation for a day, and for Nic if he didn't respond today he is as good as dead.

I couldn't get myself to say this to Stella, she was already devastated and weak, though she was less stubborn in getting herself check than my mate whom I had to literally drag through to a room to get checked.

"Alpha can I talk to you for a minute.",Mason said coming out of Nic's room

I nodded and started to follow him but was stopped by my mate's voice, "Can I come?", she said in a cracked voice.

"Yes alpha", Mason replied nodding his head.

Anna got up and started following us.

"Alpha please have a seat", he said referring to both of us

"Rosa is getting better, she is responding to the treatment and you can meet her by the morning", he said with a smile at Andrea and she returned the smile.

"Doctor, Nic?", Anna asked before I could

"Alpha he isn't responding.", he sighed, "It seems he doesn't want to leave, there is only one string by which he is living if that breaks his heart stops", he said slowly nodding his head.

I was fuming with anger, " What do you mean? If you can't save him, you are free to resign, I will get someone who can", I said clenching my fist

"Alpha please try to under-", before he could complete his statement I pinned him the wall, " Mason either save him or-"

"Zach put him down. NOW", Andrea shouted from behind me

"He has to save Nic Anna", I replied without looking at her

"For that, you need to keep him alive", she sighed but my anger took over.

As I was about to punch the shit out of me I felt something pulling me apart from him and I ended up on the chair.
