I walk into my 1st period: biology... great my least favorite subject. When I walk in to the classroom I immediately spotted the boy who was watching me this morning. As if on cue he looked up to notice I was starting. I walk to the teacher and hand them my new transfer student pass. After she announced me to the class and makes me say a few things about myself she scans the room for an empty seat. I had a feeling I knew where she was going to seat me and of course I was right: next to the blond boy. Perfect. I take my seat next to him and things are already getting awkward. He knows that I saw him this morning. We get out assignment and being working as he tries to make small talk. "I'm Luke by the way" "Lillian" "Thats a very pretty name... almost as pretty as you" I could feel myself blushing. He was teasing me and I was sure of it. I responded with a bitter "Thanks" . I felt as though he got the message that I didn't want to talk but I was in for so much more.
