After class he rushes to catch up to me as I walk to my locker. He yelled in a panted voice behind me"Lillian". I immediately stop in the middle of the school hallway to let him catch up. "Damn you walk fast" "I'm a natural speed walker" "I can tell, hey I meant to ask you something back in class" Not picking up the hint I thought I had forgotten something in class but instead I hear the words "Do you want to hangout with me and my friends after school today?" Suddenly catching on I don't respond as I am still in a state of shock. I can see the disappointment grow on his face as I continue to hesitate with an answer. A confused Luke asked me "Is that a no?" "It's an I'd love to" "Thats awesome. I'll meet you at the front gates of the school with the guys after school" "Sounds great" I said walking in the direction of my next class little did I know I had just planned my first date.
