Snobbish and disrespectful. The way he introduced himself the first time he was declared as a member of the survey corps showed how unapproachable he was. He had short straight black hair styled in an undercut, complimenting his deceptively youthful face. Despite being quite short, his physique was well-developed in musculature from extensive vertical maneuvering equipment usage he did in the underground city.

His eyes were gray, dull and intimidating. He had the gaze of a killer. The sharp look from his eyes penetrated your soul and you surrendered almost instantly the moment you met his gaze for the first time. He rarely shows emotion, giving a cold-impression to other people but that was not the case for you. You were interested in everything connected to him, especially with his calm demeanor that makes it hard for people to actually know what he's thinking.

You were beyond amazed to see how naturally skilled he was in combat and in vertical maneuvering. You've never seen such a special person before and he caught your attention every single time without even trying.

"You're spitting nonsense."

You laughed it off that time but you eventually came to ponder about what your feelings really meant. You were unsure of almost everything. But you knew that you looked at him the way you looked at no other. Sure, he tends to be very blunt and insulting and his comments are often coarse and inappropriate but he was amusing.

And even though he rarely shows it, Levi has a strong sense of morality and empathy, which you had came to see when you became much more closer with him as a person. He started to open more of himself to you bit by bit.

"Don't lose it."

When he gave you that butterfly necklace, you had never felt so happy in your entire life. It was a mere necklace, other people might say but you knew what it meant and you promised to yourself that you'd treasure it until the end of your lifetime.

"Captain! There are still more titans following us!" Armin shouts so that his voice would be loud enough for Levi to hear despite all the noise coming from the horses' sprints and the titans' stomps.

Levi grunts, trying to think of what to do to stop the titans from tailing them in order for them to go back inside the walls safely. Their 3d maneuvering gear was a risk to use on plain land without any trees or walls and most of them were out of gas. The titans were still following them even though they dropped some corpses to slow them down. Eren was still unconscious after they had rescued him from the female titan, making him unable to fight.

"Captain! Their closing in on us!" Connie blurts out, catching up with his pace. "What do we do?"

"Erwin!" Levi calls out with a grunt to the commander but the blonde man was also struggling to come up with anything to save them from the near death situation they were in.

A big rumble was heard from a few meters away making Sasha turn to where it came from. "The titans are..." her eyes slowly widen as she observes what was happening. "... falling down?"

"C-Captain!" Jean calls out and the others, along with Levi turn to him. He points to where the rumbling came from. "Look! The titans are being taken down!"
