Waking up out my sleep hearing chi cry I sat up. Only to see she wasn't in bed or in our bathroom. Rushing downstairs she was on the kitchen floor holding her stomach.
"Baby what's wrong , the babies." I asked rushing to her side.
"Babe i-cant-inhaler."she said barley. I yelled Kairi name.
"Yes daddy? Omg is mommy okay!" She said alrdy crying.
"Yes boo, the baby coming, go get mommy inhaler." I said.
Pulling out my phone I called 911 and everyone else to rush to hospital.
Kai helped me put all the kids in the car and we left. It was to early for the baby to be comin.

Holding her hand in the hospital bed has she squeezed. These contractions was kicking her ass. Plus she was on a oxygen machine. "Hey y'all." Dr. Jones said, walking in.
"How it looking." I asked.
"She ready to push. But ins need to given you a a heads up the labor is risky. Soo have faith. Okay guys." She said.

Hearing the cries of my baby boy. Yazir J'aNari Brewster. I was so happy I had another son. We was even no more babies. Maybe.
Laying him on chi chest she smiled at him with tears in her eyes. "Hes beautiful." She said. I feel another urge to push. "Twins? The doctor said. Kissing her we looked at him. Until we heard beeping going off showing the monitor going crazy before it flatline.
I looked at the monitor to see it flailing. I looked over to chi who had her eyes closed.
"Chi? Baby! Come on please wake." I shook her.
"David ima need you to step out. We gotta save her and the baby." Jones said.
I walked out leaving my son n wife. As everyone ran to my side. I couldn't loose her. Watching them try and bring her back to back.
"No response, lets try again." They said.
"God I can't loose her. I can't." I said sliding to the floor with Josh hugging me.
It's like everything was slow motion. Everything. Dr. Jones came out.
"I need your permission to cut open her chest...her lungs son and her C-section.." She said.
"Do whatever you need to do to save them doc." I said.
"Ima take the kids to my house." Mama Jay said.
"I'm staying with my mom n dad....I'm old enough." Kai said sitting in Dave's lap.
"It's okay Mama you can take them she can stay.

It was like hours passed...but it only been minutes. Everything was a waiting game. He couldn't picture his life without chi. And the kids....they couldn't lose they mama. He knew what it felt like to loose a part and almost two. That shit tore him up when he was younger. He didn't wanna see his kids go through that. At all.
He just wanted her to get better. He tried his hardest to help her . Doing what she need or just doing for her period. He knew she was gonna pull through she had too. For him...for herself. FOR HER FAMILY. He didn't wanna loose his second child either. If there was one. All he remember was saying she had to push again.
It was 3am when Dr. Jones finally came out. Everyone stood waiting for to say something. But Dave alrdy knew. By her red face, puffy eyes. His wife was gone he felt his heart shatter into a million pieces.
How could she leave him, how can she do this. Why why why why was all running through his head.
"She-she didn't make it." She said staring at Dave.
"I'm so sorry David I only- could- "
he stood giving Kai to Ari and walking out if the hospital.
