Kairi is assigned to sit with a student he doesn't like

Y/n's POV

I was in class, as my teacher was making a paper of new assigned seats. Everyone hated assigned seats, especially for Kairi and Y/n. They go way back, they do hate each other but they don't know what for. Ever since Y/n came to the school sophomore year, Kairi never talked to her he was just rude towards her so she gave the same energy back

"Okay I got the seats" the teacher said and the whole class groaned

"Okay first seat ..." she went on and on and haven't called my name yet

"Okay last in the back Kairi and Y/n" after that she just walked away. I widened my eyes and looked around the room

'Fuck me!'

I rolled my eyes and sat at the end of the room. Sitting down in the inside

"Ms I cannot sit with her" Kairi said

"You have to deal with it Kairi" the teacher said and he rolled his eyes

Kairi sat next to me but pushed his chair away from me. The teacher started talking about stuff but Kairi wasn't listening. I really wanted to know why he has a problem with me

"Why do you have a problem with me?" I asked whispering

"I don't have a problem with you... no I that was a huge fucking lie I do have a problem wit you" he whispered back

"Why" I asked

"Reason" he looked back at his phone

"Can you just tell me o-" I got cut off by him saying

"Didn't your ex leave you for a freshman" he smirked at me as I flicked him off cause it was true.

"Okay guys you have to work on this paper with your seat partner only 3 people go outside" she said

"We're going outside I don't care what the fuck you say" I said getting up

"I fucking hate you" he said as he rolled his eyes

He got up and we both walked to the front and got the papers and went outside the lockers. We went in front of his locker and sat down

"You're starting it" he said handing me a mechanical pencil

"The fuck no we both are" I said

"I don't wanna be here!" He whined

"Deal with it pussy" I said

"Shut up"

I rolled my eyes and scoffed. I started writing and so did he. After a few minutes I decided to mess with him cause I'm fucking bored

"Where are your friends?" I asked

"Why" he said

"Can you hook me up with one of them?" I asked smirking

"Fuck no they all hate you" he said

"C'mon I can hook you up with one of my girls" I said nudging him

"Don't touch me and no thank you I already got my eyes on someone" he said and blushed

"Damn Kairi blushes! Didn't know he could do that!" I said

"Shut up"

"Who are your eyes on" I said

"Ooo wait lemme guess" I said

"Stop your getting annoying" he said

"I don't care" I said

"Oo is it lily you keep looking at her" I asked

"No" he said

"Mhm" I said

"Tell me" I said

"Why would I tell you?" He asked

"I dunno" I said shrugging my shoulders

"Guess" he said finally looking at me from his paper

"Um Brooklyn?" I questioned pointing behind him

"Fuck no she's so clingy" he said and I laughed

"Okay... Katherine"

"Nope"

"Oo I know" I said

"Who"

"Hold on is it in this class?" I asked

"Yeah.." he said

"Bro honestly this is childish just tell me"

"I'll give you hugs I don't want you to know so u gotta guess" he said

"Fine.." "is it... bruh honestly I give up I to tired" I said leaning against the lockers

"Fine I'll show you" he said

"Show me?" I asked and all of a sudden I felt lips on mine.

I was shocked so I didn't do anything. Then he pulled back

"I'm so sorry I-" he said but then I pulled him by his shirt and kissed him and he quickly reacted and kissed back

I don't know what's going on but I liked it. It felt like a spark between us lit up, kid lips were really soft. I then pulled away

"I-" he was gonna say something but I cut him off

"I'm sorry" I said

"No I'm sorry" he said

"No.. wait hold on" I said and looked at him as he looked at me too

"You?"

"Yeah I liked you since sophomore year" he said

"Then why have you been so rude to me?" I asked

"Well I don't know.. cause that time I had a girlfriend and you were so pretty, I couldn't get my eyes off you so I had to ride to you in order to stay with my girlfriend but then she broke up with me and I got mad and sad and yeah..." he said

"Oh well.." I said

"Anyway Um were almost done" he said

"Is there gonna be weird tension between us?" I asked

"No" he said

"Maybe we can be friends?" I questioned

"Yeah sure definitely" he said and smiled
