Chapter 5

a/n: trying my best to update during Christmas break!

Mackenzie's POV:
I woke up to see a bright light that was in my eyes all I could see was nothing but white and a beeping sound.

I blinked a few times and to see I was on a hospital bed I was in this very ugly pale blue colour hospital gown.
over to my left was a chair with someone sleeping in it I'm not sure who but I think it was a boy. to my right was that machine "thingy" and weird doctor tools that I wouldn't know the names of. I looked down at my pale white skin almost feeling like I got bitten by a vampire or something,

I must've been watching Vampire Diaries too much. someone came close to me looked me dead in the eye like they've seen me before and immediately vanished.

I was so confused and stressed out I didn't know what to do or say and I kept wondering who the hell is that guy sleeping on that chair ? and who was that person who vanished ? and where's my mom?

Melissa's POV:
I was in the hospital with mackenzie till 5am I was so lethargic and angry at the same time why would my baby do this to her self why didn't maddie know anything about this because if she did she would've told me.

mackenzie's friend called me for some reason. while I was watching mackenzie sleep in the hospital bed she looked so miserable.

"hello this is Melissa."
"he-he-hello umm I was wondering where kenzie is she hasn't been at school lately"
"yes. well she's at the hospital at the moment if you'd like to you can come visit her "
"okay thanks so much!"
and then I hung up the phone.
