Volume 1 Chapter 13 Alliances & New Friendships!

Previously: Rose Raven relieved old memories of the past while being in a coma, she woke up and changed into her true human form. She also knows her true age and what happened to her before she met the Hellhound Brothers. It's that same day but much later in the evening, Kyoka Virian & Arden Berlin are visiting the Carnivore Beastman Kingdom with high hopes of making a contract of alliances with them.

*Overview POV* Everyone is getting ready for the guest who's coming over from a distant kingdom.

*Kyoka Varian's POV* I wonder what she's doing now? "Arden are we getting close?" I say again maybe my ten thousandth time, I just can't help it. I'm so excited to see her and the 'Kingdom Of Carnivores.' "Seriously, Sire!? You are driving me nuts by asking me that!" He growled deeply as he shook his head as he faced palms. "Sorry about that, I'll try to behave." Normally I'm not this child-like but I think she's affecting me like an infection or something. *

They reach the castle gate and Arden asks for entrance but the Beastman Guards refuse and tell them to turn back or they will kill them but then..."Hey what's going on guys?" A soft voice spoke behind the Beastman Guards. "Princess? Oh um theses creatures are trying to..." The Beastman Guards said, nervously. She smiled kindly towards them and then walked in front of them and leaned over the ledge to see who's getting the others on edge. "Oh you must be the Advisor & Retainer of The Demon King....Right?" A familiar face stuck out their head out of the window and then smirked devilishly at her saying,"My lady it's a pleasure, I'm here to..Wait is that you?....Rose?"

A few minutes before~

*Rose Raven's POV* I'm getting ready for the visit of my friend Kyoka Virian and then I feel a huge Aura presence that I don't recognize entering the kingdom border and reaching the Castle's Gate. I transform into my werewolf form and then travel to building rooftop to rooftop. Until I reach the Castle Gate and see the Guardsman on edge because of the people who are at the gate. But then I used my inhuman senses to smell the whole carriage and then I recognized the man inside it. I jumped up to the wall and calmed down the Guards like a Princess should and then saw the man I didn't recognize. Then I heard, "My lady it's a pleasure, I'm here to..Wait is that you?....Rose?" I bow and then transform back into my, '15 Years Old Human Form.' I smile happily at him,"Yes my Lord, it is me Rose Raven." Suddenly I felt an Aura of nothing but hatred wash over me. I dash backwards and look up to see the Advisor glaring at me. "Arden stop!" I hear Kyoka shout and appear in front of me taking the blow of his friend's attack. He was growling like a wild animal. "It's alright, she's a friend. And Not a human, calm down." He turned around with his wounds Instantly healing,"I'm sorry for his...he's...our kind hate humans." I understand how he feels,"No no, I understand how you feel, and I do too. Arden don't worry about it, how about you follow me and I'll show you two the king's throne room." Arden bowed his head at me then they both followed behind me in silence. As I walk towards the front door I sense everyone inside move into position. I push the doors open and the Butler's and maids bow their heads at me and the two guests."Welcome back Princess and Welcome Demon King and his retainer." I walk down the middle and I smile happily as I sense my friends on the outside of the door to the throne room. The door gets opened by Lucian and Derrick. Derrick winks at me and Lucian stays silent as usual as he stares at me with a creepy smile on his face. As we reach where the throne is I get on my right knee and bow my head,"My lord the Demon king and his Retainer have arrived." Azul smiled at me and got up from his chair and walked towards me. On either side of his chair is Gareth & Jackal in wolf form sitting down on the ground and are guarding him. He smiled but I could tell he's furious about something. Then I turn around to see him staring at Arden and I panic and stand up and stop him from going any further. Everyone gasps in shock and I laugh nervously,"My king...Azul stop please and let me explain what really happened." Arden goes to speak but I sprout my Yin & Yang Wings and block his view of the king as I stare into his eyes. "He thought I was a human, he freaked out. Yes. But it's my fault for changing forms without explaining myself. Give them a chance for me. Please for me." I make puppy eyes and beg him as I cling to his chest. He sighed deeply and then smiled at me," I'm sorry for not welcoming you two, King Kyoka Virian will you please come with me so we can sign the treaty contract in the other room. Rose please show our other guest the kingdom's Castle grounds and city. Gareth you may accompany her and Jackal follow me." As the two kings left the room Arden bowed his head and introduced himself to me and the others. *
