3P POV Katherine is still at Mikael's coffin, alone now since Jeremy had to go back for the first day of school.
"Come on, Mikael, breakfast," Katherine is swinging a mouse over his chained up body as her phone rings.

"Yummy. Mikael, wake up!" She gets fed up. She finally answers her phone, "What?"
"What?" Damon's voice comes across the other line, "What do you mean "what?" I've been calling you for two days." He is pacing in his bathroom.

"Oh, that's exactly how long I've been ignoring you," Katherine retorts while twirling the mouse in her hand, still above the decaying body.
"Jeremy Gilbert told me that you found Mikael," Damon moves into his room.
"Sort of. He's a little bit out of commission," Is all Katherine gives away. "He won't eat. And I've tried everything-" She throws the mouse onto Mikael's body and stands, "Gravediggers, mourners, mice, rats, bats. He's just not interested," She says that last part through gritted teeth.
"Well, try harder," Damon deadpans, "We need him to kill Klaus so I can de-rippefy Stefan before he destroys Mystal and I's house and so Mystal can be free of Klaus."
Katherine moves over to the gate doors, "Fine. I'll give it another shot," She sighs and spots a human in the graveyard she's in. She hangs up and goes out to fetch the human.
Once Damon gets off the phone with Katherine he calls Elena, who is at school.
"Hey. Are you checking up on me? Because I'm fine," Elena answers as she opens her locker.
