Poseidon's POV:

The Lightning Thief

"You have until the Summer Solstice to return my Bolt before I declare War on you," Zeus reminded again. He'd been threatening me since the Winter Solstice- when the famed master bolt was stolen in the first place. No one knew who took it- so naturally, it was me.

Something caught my eye from Camp Halfblood. Percy Jackson, my only son, slashing down daughters of Ares in the creek. I smiled proudly, and Zeus gave me a weird look. A Hellhound pounced suddenly, and if not for Chiron, Percy would have died. I silently thanked him and cursed my other brother- Hades. If anyone's guilty it's him.

I realized this was the solution to all my problems. That my only son was the only one who could clear my name. Still, it was with a heavy heart that I willed the glowing trident to appear over his head. It wasn't his fault he's a half-blood.

Sea of Monsters:

Despite what some people thought, gods still had bad dreams. I lay panting in the bed of my underwater mansion; images of the golden fleece, giant eyes, and guinea pigs (??) flashing through my brain.

I had no idea what it meant. Only that it had something to do with Percy. Something bad happening to Percy. There was little I could do with the Ancient Laws in place. There must be something!?!?!

I willed some cardstock and a sea-green envelope to appear.

In the middle of the paper:

Brace Yourself

I whisked it to the surface for Hermes to deliver. I wish there was more I could do, but my hands were tied. I could only hope it was enough.

The Titans Curse:

Percy, my Percy was holding up the sky. A task so difficult that it was only filled by Titans and gods. His friend Annabeth had held it for ten times as long as him, and I felt a newfound respect surge for her. Seeing his face scrunched up and muscled straining in the effort was like torture. It pained me to see him like this. His hair was turning grey.

I let a little of my strength transfer to him. Percy was perfectly able to handle himself, but it felt so much better to see his shoulders straighten a little. With the war coming, I knew this was probably one of the least painful things he'd ever do.

I just hope the little things I did were enough to ease his pain- even if it was just a little bit.

Son of Neptune:

HERA SUCKS. As a god, I could say that without being incinerated. I was so proud of Percy though. He brought honor to my name- both roman and greek.

I watched him enlist the god Terminus to help him defeat Polybotes. Smart...

For a moment, the battlefield was silent except for a few fires burning, and a few retreating monsters screaming in panic.

A ragged circle of Romans and Amazons stood around Percy. Tyson,

Ella, and Mrs. O'Leary were there. Frank and Hazel were grinning at him

with pride. Arion was nibbling contentedly on a golden shield.

The Romans began to chant, "Percy! Percy!"

They mobbed him. Before he knew it, they were raising him on a

shield. The cry changed to, "Praetor! Praetor!"

Among the chanters was Reyna herself, who held up her hand and

grasped Percy's in congratulation. Then the mob of cheering Romans

carried him around the Pomerian Line, carefully avoiding Terminus's

borders, and escorted him back home to Camp Jupiter.

I jumped off my throne and shouted, "GO PERCY!!!!!" All the gods looked at me weird, but who cares? I was too happy. Then I doubled over in pain as my identity flickered again. Curse Hera.

Post-War:

Post-war life was great. I controlled the oceans like normal, no weird aging, or switching identities painfully. It was especially great for Percy. I always tried to check on him every few weeks.

Right now he was taking Annabeth and the rest of his friends to Mcdonalds. I think it was an inside joke because Nico Di Angelo blushed when Percy remarked something about it to a tall son of Apollo.

They ordered and just sat and talked, I smiled goofily on my throne. Percy was eating and laughing and talking. He was so happy. And that made me happy too.
