The Reveal

Hinata's POV:

Can't wait for practice...

....

...

..

It looks like we are almost at the end of the hallway. That means we're close to the gym, close to revealing the thing I was dreading all day.

I sigh and try to put on a brave face "Hey Kageyama, what do you think the others will think about me?"

He looks at the windows "The team members might look at you weird obviously" I pouted. "But after a few days they might get used to you" He continued. Wow, I didn't know Bakayama could be nice.

After a few more minutes of walking, we finally made it down the hall to the outside of the gym. Now I have to tell the team what happened, this is going to take a lot of explaining....

"Oi Hinata, are you going to get changed or not?" Kageyama asks. I do need to change, at least we both got here a little earlier then the others, there's no one in the gym and there is no one by our club room.

So that means that I can change in peace, I give the setter a nod before we walk up the stairs into the club room, once we both are done walking up the stairs we finally arrive to the outside of the club room.

I opened the door and walk inside, I place my bag down on the floor, but why isn't Kageyama coming in though?

"Hey Bakayama, why aren't you coming in?" I ask "Dumbass, with the state of your body right now.." He points at me with a tint of red on his cheeks, He does make a point though.

I close the door before I change into my gym clothing while he is still waiting outside, I take off my school shirt and put on my gym shirt, and then took off my skirt and put on some gym shorts, note to self: thank mom later today.

Kageyama's POV:

The shrimp is taking to long in there, if they take another minute in there I'm coming in-

"I'm telling you man, the new girl in the classroom looked like someone you would see on the cover of a magazine" Shit, is that Noya-San? I think he's downstairs

Before I could finish thinking I heard another voice from downstairs "Really, well she's all yours, I've got my eyes on Kiyoko!" That's obviously Tanaka-San.

Fuck, If they get in they'll see Hinata for sure....wait, why am I caring about that shorty

All that matters is that they don't see them before the whole club does.

Hinata's POV:

As I'm putting on my socks I hear some familiar voices outside. I cling closer to the door and put my ear to it

"So, you need advice on getting the girls? who knew our little kouhai needed help with that" I hear Tanaka-San at the door

And then I hear another voice "I thought with just his looks girls would fall for him instantly?" that has got to be Noya-San, but are they talking about Kageyama?

"Just help me out..." Yep, that is Kageyama, I didn't know that he had a thing for someone though, I'll ask him about it later.

5 minutes later

I peek at the window and notice that everyone has gathered up, who knew that it only took 5 minutes for them all to get here

When I take a little look at everyone's faces they look annoyed at Kageyama

I finish tying my shoes and walked close to the door

My hand was on the door knob, before I turned it, I thought to myself "Here it goes"

3rd Person POV:

Almost everyone was done with the starting setter's conversation and were waiting to go inside, but as soon as they were getting more and more close to the door, it opened miraculously.

They all stared at the door and noticed bright orange hair, they all knew that was Hinata, but this time he's changed...

Hinata stops peeking and then comes to the door's entrance.

Both Noya and Tanaka look at Kageyama "So is this what you were hiding.......Another beautiful goddess!"

Instantly the two of them get closer to Hinata and introduce themselves awkwardly, Daichi telling the duo to stop giving Hinata trouble while Sugawara is reminding them that they can do it later, and Asahi trying to apologize to the orange head, the 2nd years go inside the club room minding their own business, Tsukishima laughs at Tanaka and Noya while Yamaguchi is following whatever his friend does.

Everyone heads inside the clubroom besides Hinata. Hinata run down the stairs and to the gym door, they open the door and heads to the storage room to find and set up the net.

10 minutes later

After a few minutes the short spiker has finished setting up the net, now everyone is heading to the gym, so now they would have to share what happened

They finish bringing out the volleyballs from the storage room to see that everyone is inside the gym now, they run up to the team "Um, excuse me, may I talk to everyone here..."

Everyone looks at Hinata with a confused look, except both Daichi  responds "Yes you may...um, whats your name?" 

Hinata answers his question "I'm Hinata, Hinata Shoyo, yesterday I got diagnosed with some kind of disease that makes me a girl for a few months and then makes me a boy for another few months, the cycle just repeats and there is no cure right now..."

Daichi nods, Sugawara clears up his throat, Asahi almost feints, Tanaka and Noya look confused, Tsukishima sighs, Yamaguchi almost spits out his water, and the other 2nd years look at each other.

Although they all look confused, Kageyama breaks the silence "Even though they look like this, it still doesn't matter, The dumbass is still a dumbass no matter what" 

Most of the boys cheer him on and give him praise for what he just said, but Hinata pouts at him "You could've gone with a better name Bakageyama"

Kageyama's cheeks turn a little red "Whatever dumbass, anyways are we going to play today or what?" He asks in return

The whole team agrees, though the shorty sighs in relief after getting another thing of their chest, then they pick up a volleyball and starts to practice.
