Kou's POV

I caught up with Yashiro, trying to catch my breath. Wow, she walks so fast! I gasp, and look at her, "Yashiro—"

Dang. The second bell already?? I heard a small gasp from her. She started to run faster, leaving me to walk alone. Well. I just wanted to ask her something ...
I'll ask her after class!

Timeskip I guess??

I hurry out of class, looking for Yashiro. I see the top of her head, sighing. She's so far away....
I finally reach her. "Yashiro!" She makes a small peep in response to my scream. "..Sorry.!" I apologize, didn't mean to yell loud enough to scare her ...
"Ah, It's okay, Kou-kun!~ Anyways ... what did you want?~" She smiled. "I just uh ... I wanted to ask something ??.." I muttered.
"Hm?"
"Well .. I may , or may not , have a crush ..? But I'm not sure yet!! I just .. I don't know .."
"You feel a certain way around her??" she asks, smiling. I could almost see a sparkle in her eye.
"Uh .. yeah but. She's a he." I felt my cheeks go red.
"Who is it???" The sparkle remains in her eyes. I .. did not expect that reaction..?
"Uh ... it's hard to explain. ... "
"You don't have to say it!" She hands me a notepad and a pen. "Draw himmm!" she giggled.
"Oh ..? Okay." I mutter, as I pick up the pen, and start drawing him.
She took a while to respond, but , after staring she realized. "You like Hanako-kun??" She smiled.

dammit.
"...Yes?"
She gasped with a bigger smile on her face, "you two are so CUTE together!" she giggled. My face felt warm.

I laughed awkwardly, and picked up my hand, trying to hide my blush.

Hanako-kun's POV

I lie on the floor of the, surprisingly clean, bathroom floor. What's taking them so long?
I sigh, looking at the Mokke. I sit up, "I'm so boreddd!" I groan, about to lay back down, but one of the Mokke pull out a stack of cards. "...Alright." I smirk. "I bet I'll beat you this time!" I sit up again and walk towards them.

I laugh as I stare at my cards, I was just about to show them to the Mokke before I heard a squeal outside, making me drop the cards. The Mokke seemed to be laughing at me??
They showed me their cards, "Urgh!-" They won! Again! "I give up..." I mutter in despair.
I let myself fall to the floor, then hearing running. Two people running? I sit up, maybe Kou and Yashiro?
It was. First it was Kou, huh.
Took me a second before I realized I was smiling. And ... my face felt warm ..? Oh. Oh!
I hide my face, then hearing a giggle from Yashiro. "I have a class at the moment. So ... I'll leave you two alonee~" she said before walking out, why did she even walk in if she was going to leave?
I glance at Kou, he was watching her leave with a red tint on his cheeks.

Does he .. like her?

The thought made me feel so much .
I felt anger, despair, sadness .. why?
I looked at Kou, standing up. God, he towered over me..! Why do I have to be the short one ...
"So ... what should we do?" I asked, smiling at him. That made his cheeks go darker. "U-Uh..." his voice cracked.
"Hm ... How about we play a game on the roof!" I smile at him.
"S-Sure!" he returned a smile.
It was so cute ..? No. Nono. Falling for a human? Impossible.
I grab his hand and, carefully, travel through the hall towards the stairs. Wouldn't want him getting caught.
I bring him to my favorite spot. I may be a ghost, but the feeling of the sun makes me so warm inside. I smile at him.
"So ... what are we going to play?" he asks. I was about to respond with a game, but I realized , "wait ... isn't it your lunch time? Shouldn't you be eating?"
"Oh, right! ... I can just eat at home, though. It's fine!" he smiles with reassurance. "Alright." I grin back.
"And, what about rock paper scissors? Simple, but I couldn't think of anything else."
"Okay! I think I'm pretty good at this , so let's go!" He has a smirk on his face. So confident. Too bad.

Sorry I was so late! I haven't been sleeping correctly for the past few days again, and I keep forgetting to write! And sorry to leave you on a, i guess, cliffhanger? Ohh! And sorry this is so short and horrible. I'm not the best at writing 😔
