Chapter: Ten

I felt the sun hit my face and I really was not looking forward to a week with Jack. Why did I have to say yes!?!!! I have to be the biggest idiot in the world.

I finally decided to get my lazy ass out of bed an take a quick shower then brushed my teeth.

I began walking to my closet and just ended up putting on my black tights and an oversized gray sweater.

I heard my mom call me so I put on my white converse high tops and grabbed my suite case before heading down stairs.

When I finally got to my living room I saw Jade. I haven't seen her since the party, I'd been meaning to call her but I lost my phone at Jack's house and I've been too caught up with family drama.

Before I could even say anything she embraced me with a hug. I knew what that she probably felt guilty buy I don't blame anyone for what happened at the party.

"I'm so sorry Spencer I heard what happened I couldn't find you at the party and I was drunk so I wasn't thinking clearly." She said with a sad expression plastered across her face.

"Hey, it's okay I'm completely fine Jade," I said trying to reassure her that I'm really just fine.

"Well I'm just glade to see your okay," Jade said again before giving me another hug.

"I have to tell you something," I said knowing I can only trust her with this information.

"I'm pretending to be Jack's girlfriend for a week," I blurted out quickly.

"You what!!!?!!??!!!," Jade said furrowing her eye brow and leaving her mouth wide open.

"Okay so when that guy from that party tried to hurt me Jack came to my rescue," I said trying to tell her everything that was going on in my mind.

" So he ended up asking me if I would be his girlfriend the next day for a week because he needs to put a good image for himself with a "good girl" so that his parents won't cut him off so I said yes."

Jade looked so confused in front of me. She was just staring at me with her blue eyes giving me a curious look.

"Okay, weren't you the one that said you hated him, so you end up being his girlfriend??!"

"I also have to stay at his house for a week so..."

"Seriously omg!!!!!"

"Yeah, and I only said yes because he helped me out once so I thought I'd try to help him out with his problems."

"Holy crap, your going to be Jack Anderson's girlfriend!!!!!" Jade said jumping up and down from excitement.

"Stop all your girly stuff, I'm not excited about this."

In the back of my head I was a little excited but I wasn't going to admit it.

"One more thing about Jack, he kissed me last night" I said looking down at my fingers.

I should really paint my nails.

"What the fuck Spence!!!!!!" She said with a confused look.

"You leave out the most important piece of information for last!!!!!"

"Don't get too excited he ended up telling me that it was good practice."

"Oh," is all she managed to say before she kept asking if he was a good kisser and how he tasted.

What the hell is that supposed to mean?!!?!!!

"I'm going to leave but you better call me to give me all the dirty details okay?"
