The day slowly came to an end, children went to bed, parents stayed up to snuggle, some cry themselves to sleep, and some are staying up late for their finals. But not Japan, He was waiting patiently in his living room waiting for his partner. Who needless to say was taking forever.
"Are you okay in there Aussie?" He called, only to get muffled reply of 'yes' with a follow up of information Japan couldn't make out. He only rolled his eyes turning on the Tv. He himself was very dressed up, suit, tie and everything. Why you may ask? It was there 2nd year anniversary and Australia insisted that they went out somewhere special instead of chocolates, snuggles and Disney movies like last anniversary. (Japan was very disappointed to hear they weren't going to have that type of evening but said 'yes' to it anyways).
"Auss come on! We'll be late if you take any longer!" Japan shouted again. If he were being honest, it wasn't because they would be late. Even if they were going to be a few minutes late in reality. Japan had never seen his partner in a suit, at least in real life. America showed him a few pictures of his family (which is something he rarely does) seeing the English family all in fitted suits.
It made Japan excited at the thought. But he shouldn't be having those thoughts now. His rather sensual thoughts were cut to a short when a short click sounded from down the hall. Making his ears prick up at the sound. Turning he got to see the handsome god he had fallen in love with.
"Does this look good?" He asked, tilting his head, rubbing his wrist nervously.
"Darling..." Japan basically gasped at the sight getting himself off of the couch. "もっとスーツを着る必要がある" (You need to wear suits more often). Australia only chuckled. Blushing jumping at the sudden hand that caressed his face. "Japan, come on don't get touchy with me now." Australia smiled, kissing the side of Japan's cheek.
"Why not?" He asked, giggling burring his head into his partner's chest. "You look so beautiful tonight." Australia murmured kissing his neck, smiling against the bare skin of his neck.
"I thought you said you didn't want to get touchy," Japan purred, turning his head so he could breath in the intoxicating smell of Aussie's deodorant.
"I lied." He chuckled, Japan almost shrieked when Australia nipped at his neck. "Australia!" He gasped, smacking his arm. "Fine, fine, dinner then ."
