Chapter 4

💛1 month later

💛Y/n pov

- A month passed since I got discharged from the hospital. The next week Jungkook didn't allow me to come to work as doctor suggested rest.

- I never thought that Jungkook can be this caring as a person. It was strange knowing how he remembered everything about me and I didn't even knew him at school.

- Being with him made me genuinely happy and I realised I haven't cried in many days. My life was filled with loneliness but the presence of single person made it bright.

- He take care of me like Jimin would've done. Always checking up on me, taking care that I was having proper diet at proper time, etc. His visits at my house had increased a lot now.

- Yesterday I had an appointment at doctor and Jungkook accompanied me which gave a lot of mental support to me. The doctor said that baby's and my health has really improved.

- He was such a great friend and as Eunwoo said really soft from inside. Obviously it was awkward at first but now I got really comfortable with him.

- I stood in front of the grave of Jimin with an umbrella, alone in this heavy rain which didn't bother me.
" Happy birthday Jiminaah... I hope wherever you are you are happy. I have also been feeling happy these days. You know doctor said our baby is really healthy. Its just one month now but I really cant wait for next eight months to meet this little thing...
At first it was too hard to get over your news but now I am fine. Cause god sent an angel like Jungkook. He is such a nice and energetic man. He takes a lot care of me and makes me happy too. It reminds me of you a lott. I miss you. I wish you would've still been here. Like every year we would've gone to Jeju on this day. But its okay... I am fine... I love you and will always. Bye for now... I'll meet you soon."

- Today was Jimin's birthday and so I came to visit him. I reached near my car started the engine. But it wasn't starting.

- The area was a bit away from city so it was hard to find any other vehicle. I decided to call Jungkook for help but there was no network to my phone.

- I just sat in car cause there was nothing I can do. The rain outside was only increasing. I was trapped here.

- The thundering of the clouds were making me flinch in fear. I grabbed my knees pulling them towards me and sat there.

💛Jungkook pov

- Today I had important meeting with an American company. The meeting went really well.

- After bidding them goodbye I exited my office to meet Y/n. When I reached her office I noticed she wasn't there. Walking up to Eunwoo I asked him about Y/n.
" Hey... Where is Y/n?"

- " Today is her husband's birthday. So she went to visit him at the graveyard outside the city. You were in meeting so she didn't tell you before leaving."

- " But its heavily raining outside." I was getting worried hoping she was safe. " When did she leave?"

- " An hour ago." He said while packing some of his stuff. I decided to call her but the phone was out of the network area.

- Without saying a word I left the building and walked towards my car. Sitting in the car I drove straight way to Y/n's house.

- On the way I kept calling her but the same sentence was repeating making me angry. When I reached her house I saw that her car wasn't there and the lights inside house were also off.

- I started to drive to the graveyard which was located outside the city. Due to the heavy rain the road in front of me wasn't much visible so I had to drive at slow speed which was tough.

- Finally after some time I reached that place and lights of my car fall on the car stood in front of me. I immediately recognized it was Y/n's.

- Getting out of the car I walked towards her car and knocked on the window. She got out of car helding an umbrella and I immediately hugged her.

💛Y/n pov

- I was getting so bored in car and I was feeling hungry too. I just wanted to go home and sleep but I was here sitting helpless.

- Just then I felt car lights flashing on me. I got afraid then I felt someone knocking on the window of my car. Because of the little light of my phone that shined on person's face I recognized it was Jungkook.

- I got out of the car with an umbrella in my hand. Jungkook immediately hugged me spreading a warmth through my body.

- His cloths were wet but they still made me feel warm. I wrapped my one hand around his muscular body while helding an umbrella in another hand which barely covered us both.

- I grabbed everything from my car and then we walked towards his car holding our hands. I sat on the passenger seat and then he also sat in the car.

- " Thank god you came here.... I was so afraid." My eyes were becoming glossy, tears threatening to fall down.

- " Come here..." He said opening his arms and embraced me in his hug.
" Why were you afraid?" He asked in a soft tone.

- " There's some problem with my car. It wasn't getting start. There was no network to my phone and the heavy rain. I was scared." I was sobbing right now clutching onto him.

- " Shuu... You are safe now..." He tried to calm me down. I pulled away from the hug and wiped away my tears.

- " I am sorry for hugging you like that." I realized that it might've been uncomfortable for him.

- " Its ohk... Dont cry now." He said smiling at me which brought a smile on my face too.

- He dropped me at my house and but I invited him inside. Opening the door I was immediately welcomed by the warmth of the house.

- I switched on the lights of living room and we were about to walk towards the couch when there was a loud thunder. The lights of the room went off spreading the darkness everywhere.

- I flinched in fear and hugged Jungkook.
" Its okay." He said and switched on the flashlight of his phone. I sighned in relief as everything was a bit visible now.

- " Where are the candles?" He asked.

- " In the kitchen." I started to walk towards the kitchen while he followed  me. I quickly found candles and lighted them up.

- Bringing them out one by one I lighted up the whole room.  Lastly I put the candle on a table but suddenly some wax dripped on my finger.

- It was so hot that I started to wince in pain.
" Oh, Y/n... Why you so clumsy?" He dragged me towards the kitchen sink and startes the tap of water.

- He held my hand under the tap water. I observed his face which was so close to me. His features were so beautiful from here.

- Then his eyes laid on me making an eye contact. The time had stopped and we both got caught up in that moment. His stare was so calming that I felt like my mind was at peace.

- I felt his stare on my lips. He slowly started to lean in. In that moment I got snapped out from my thoughts realising what was going on.
" Jungkook...."
