Chapter 1

💛Y/n pov

- I stood at home waiting for Jimin my husband of 4 years. We were the high school sweethearts and made it this far.

- Today was a big day of our relationship. I wasn't feeling well from some days so I went to doctor.

- Turned out that I am 1 month pregnant. Listening to this sentence I got goosebumps all over my body.

- My hand unintentionally went towards my belly to stroke it. I was happy and excited to see Jimin's reaction to it.

- Its was 10 pm and I was getting restless. His phone was switched off.

- I tried to call him multiple times but no answer. He is never this late.

- Worst thoughts began to capture my mind. I decided to call his friend Taehyung.

- " Taehyung... Y/n here~"
- " Hello Y/n..."
- " Do you know where Jimin is?"
- " We left office together two hours ago. He isn't home yet?"
- " No... I tried calling him but his phone is switched off."
- " Calm down. I will go check in office."
- " Thank you."

- My heart was thumping so loud that I felt it was gonna come out. Suddenly my phone started to ring showing Taehyung's name.

- " Tae... Did you found him?"
- " Y/n... Can you come to Seoul hospital?"
- " What happened?"
- " He got into an accident on the way home. Please come quickly."
- " I'll be there..."

- I quickly picked up the car keys and ran outside. As I started the car my hands were trembling in fear.

- Tears were streaming down like flood from my eyes. Fear was flowing through my whole body.

- I finally reached the hospital and saw Taehyung outside.
" What happened??? Where is he?"

- " He is inside." He said and I ran there.

- The number of corridors confused me just then Taehyung came from back and I just followed him.

- His foots stopped in front of an ICU. I looked inside from the little window present on door.

- He was lifelessly lying on the bed. His face was unrecognisable due blood and scars.

- " He died on spot." Taehyung said in a whispered voice.

- Its like my soul left my body after his sentence. My world collapsed and turned into nothing.

- I stood there processing my thoughts. Taehyung shook me bringing me to real world again.

- I slowly turned the knob of the door and entered. My heart was aching while taking every single step towards him.

- " Jimin... Wake up... I am here..." I said him sweetly denying the reality.

- " Y/n... He is no more between us." Taehyung said holding me.

- " But he promised he will return. See I am pregnant we are having baby. Please wake up for the sake of this baby. He needs a dad. Jimin..." I kept shooking his covered body like a mad person.

- Taehyung took me into his embrace and I cried on his shoulder.

- " Please don't cry. Stay strong for the little baby growing inside you. You'll be alright." Tae said comforting me.

- His words hit me hard. I wasn't alone. The biggest proof of our love was right now growing inside me.

- " How did this happen?" I asked Taehyung after some time.

- " It was a hit and run. His vehicle crashed and took fire." He said seeing his best friends dead body.

- " I can't believe he is lying like this in front of me." I said broking into tears.
