Elenor's POV
I ignore the strange and worrying looks am I getting from passing by standers as I sit waiting for my flight back to Sydney. There's no way in hell I am staying here in LA any longer. I switched my phone off ages ago the continuous buzz I felt in my pocket from the repeated phone calls and messages from Cal, Ash and Luke trying to find out what happened and why I have left. The only person I answered to was my friend Dylan after I had messaged him to come and take me to the air port. I can't believe he really cheated on me. He did the one thing he promised me that wouldn't happen from all his rising fame and success. He promised he wouldn't let the fame and money get to his head. I don't care if I look a mess. I feel numb. I look numb too as I out the window watching planes come and go. But I don't care I'm allowed to look this low. Mikey was my best friend, my true love. No that wasn't Mikey, that was Michael. Mikey wouldn't of thought to be so shallow and that low when in a relationship. He would of jumped infront of a bullet for me. All Michael cares about is his rock star life; sex, girls, drugs, and alcohol. How could this happen. Why did I let this happen! I start to look back at the past few months. My music career was finally begining to get somewhere. I was becoming an Internet sensation becoming a YouTuber. I had it going great! Until I saw him again in August. Why did I have to go to that One Direction concert with Troye, Tyler and Marcus. Why. My feelings for him had gone all together after being hopelessly in love with him since that day I walked into his dad's computer shop! If I never met that stupid boy I wouldn't be sat at the back of an airport trying to keep my cool together just incase a fan happened to see me. *Flight 472 heading to Sydney Airport boarding now. Can all passengers please make their way to the doors* Looks like it's time for me to go home. I hope I never ever see the face of Michael Gordon Clifford ever again. I wish I have never ever met him.

*Flashback*
Date: November 2nd 2008: We meet again.
"Mikey! Nice to see a face I already know." I said to him rather timid. Don't get me wrong I feel fully comfortable around Michael! I just feel nervous around Calum. If I'm to be honest I'm glad I've finally seen Michael again! I missed him since we been back to school. When I first saw him in his dad's shop I thought he was really cute. Heck you could even go as far as saying I had a crush on him there and then! As we hung out more and more in the summer we began to get more close, and my crush for him grew even more.
"Sooooooo you two have already met?" My thoughts were interrupted by a confused Calum. Bless him.
"Yeah! This is the girl we were talking about yesterday, remember?" Wait he spoke about me?
"Oh! The girl you became friends with over summer! It's finally nice to meet you!!" He exclaimed pulling me into a tight gripped bear hug.
"Enough on the hug there dude, she doesn't like being restricted."
"Oh sorry Elenor"
"Cal please call me Ellie."
"Call you Ells for short?"
"Sure if you want."
"Well then Ells welcome to the school then! Your tour ends here, but um lessons start in a minute so I better take you to your lesson now so I'm not la-"
"Dude I'll take her if your that stressy about missing the first half of sports. I don't see why you get you pants in a twist over it."
"Well unlike you Clifford I actually enjoy sports. Not want to cry at the thought of running the 100m." I couldn't help but laugh at Calum's remark. I saw Michael blush and look down and I stopped laughing there and then. In the summer Michael explained how he suffered from confidence and has anxiety problems now and then and it's the reason why he find mixing with other people really hard. The same goes for me too. Calum noticed how thick the air got and stopped laughing himself. We all stood there awkwardly for a few seconds. The awkwardness got to me as I started to pick the side of my nails. Habit of mine due to my anxiety.
"Well then I better get going to gym, Michael will take you to your class. I'll see you both later?"
"Yeah we'll meet you both at the front of the school if you like."
"Sure! See you later Ellie, Michael." and just like that me and Michael and Calum went our separate ways. I grabbed my timetable out my blazer pocket and studied it to see what lesson I got next. English.
"Looks like you got English then. I have math next it's just down the hall." I just nodded as I was still shaky from when Michael spoke over my shoulder without warning. I think he noticed. He grabbed my hand and started rubbing circles on my hand with his thumb. "Hey, it'll be okay. I didn't mean to scare you like that." He gave me a reassuring smile. Oh that smile. "Yeah sorry I'm okay now." Once he knew I was okay I dropped my hand out of his grasp and continued to walk down the hall in a comfortable silence.
"Don't mind me asking but how come you got kicked out of your other school so fast and so early on into the year."
"You'll laugh at me or think I'm a psycho if I tell you."
"I promise you I will not laugh or think you're a psycho if you tell me."
"I got kicked out for causing a fight with this girl."
"Really all that for just a fight?"
"I broke her nose and arm and she ended up staying in hospital over night."
"Oh."
"Yeah." there's the thick air again from earlier.
"What caused you to do it."
"You haven't ran away yet?"
"No why would I? There's obviously a reason it happened and I wanna hear your side."
"Well if you must know, since day one I started there this girl called Crysta had been bullying me picking out my flaws and features. Then one day she threatened to fight me and before I could say no the whole school had surrounded the both of us have a showdown. I would of just walked away but she said the one thing that makes that thin wire in my head snap."
"What's that if you mind me asking?" I stop dead in my tracks ready to calm myself at what I was going to say next.
"She said I'm an unloved fucked up care-home kid that will never be loved and forever alone." I felt the lump in my throat re-appear and my fists shake in anger. Michael must have noticed because he pulled me into his chest pulling me into a welcoming hug.
"Hey it's okay, sorry to hear that. But just for the record," he paused pulling me out at his arms length before continuing. "You're not unwanted or unloved. You're not a fucked up care-home kid and hey. It's okay to cry about it." I was confused to what he meant by the last comment until I felt him wipe a tear away from my cheek. "Thankyou for understanding and not running away Mikey."
"It's okay. It's what friends are for. C'mon I'll stand outside your class with you until you have to go in."
"You don't have to Mikey, I don't want you to be late."
"It's okay I want to." It was this moment I realised that this crush I had for Michael was no more. I had hopelessly fell in love with him. I was pulled out of my thoughts as the school bell rang and everyone started to walk into class. Michael had promised to meet me here after my English class had ended so we could meet Calum at the front of the school.
*later on in class.*
The girl that supposedly called Roxanne has not left me alone since I got into class, my patients is pretty much running on zero right now. "Elenor can you please come up to the board and write down where the correct punctuation should be please?" Miss Huggins asked. Great. I got up and began to walk to the front of the class when I heard some snickering from behind. Of course it was Roxanne. It wasn't until a timid boy with Blonde hair and blue eyes tugged on my blazer arm. "They put a sign on your back." he said shyly. I ripped the sign off my back and read what it said 'Crumpet eating lard ass.' Fucking fantastic. Looks like I could be not doing so well in this school either. The blonde haired boy looked up at me with an apologetic look on his face. "Its okay. Thanks for telling me um.."
"Luke."
"Thanks Luke." I said to him giving him a comforting smile. He smiled and stuck his head back down looking slightly embarrassed. Hmm maybe he and I could be friends. As I continued to go up to the board and try and read what the teacher had written on the board. "Miss can you come here please?" I asked her discreetly. She nodded her head at me and asked my quietly what was the matter. "I can't read coloured pens on the board only black. I'm dyslexic." she apologised and offered to help me read it out which I gladly accepted. It was going great until I heard one thing that made that thin wire in my head snap again.
"Looks like she's as blind as a mole as well as being as big as a whale." Roxane shouted out in the class making everyone laugh. That's it. She's gone too far. I walked back to my seat as normal but on my way back I had discreetly pulled out the large piece of gum that I was chewing in my mouth and smacked it right on top of her head and rubbing it into her hair deeper before collecting my bag and walking out the class. Of course the teacher soon followed me out the room leaving the class both amused and shocked.
"Just where do you think you are going Elenor?!"
"DO YOU EXPECT ME TO FUCKING PUT UP WITH THAT DUMBASS AND HER SHIT CALLING ME NAMES MAKING FUN OF ME HUH?!"
As I got more fired up I began to start kicking the lockers and doors. Just then I seen all the students from other classes looking out of their class windows to the commotion to what was going on outside their classrooms. Great time to make a scene I suppose.
