During the revolution Connor found a very similar android, that seemed to be his "upgrade", which is a word that Cyberlife uses instead of the world replacement, Connor couldn't stand seeing this new model an Rk900 but he couldn't either let his fellow android stay imprisoned in one of the Cyberlifes storage facilities, Connor never thought that he'd have a brother, as androids are machines , but seeing an android that is similar to him, he instantly felt that this android could be like his brother, something that could make him more human. Connor hesitated to activate this android as it's supposed to be the most advanced deviant hunter machine, but he wanted to take the risks as he was supposed to be the most advanced deviant hunter at his time and he deviated and saw the light. He instantly actived this android, the minute the android was activated it seemed to be lost, confused and wondering why is an Rk800 model standing Infront of him, Connor instantly held the androids hand and shared its memory, in hope that it would deviate and wouldn't accomplish its "purpose", after a few minutes the android shook his head and seemed to understand what has happened, Connor asked him if there's a name he wanted to be called by, and the Rk900 responded with "Nines" as that's still part of his model name and thought that I'd be easier for everyone. Connor suggested Nines to join the DPD,to his surprise Nines instantly agreed.
