Reaper finally was able to get back home. He was relieved he was able to get back home in one piece. It was a peculiar experience for three people to have fallen in love with him for what feels like a week or so. It was odd.
He's never experienced this even if he is as old as time. There were the sounds of steps from upstairs they seemed to have left a room. They came downstairs which revealed Geno. Geno looked up at Reaper before gasping with a smile, running over to him giving him a hug.
"You're back! I have been waiting for you!" Reaper could tell Geno was dying internally without him around. "I see!" Reaper grinned a bit nervously, unused to affection. He looked to the side as he patted Geno back before they let each other go
Geno smiled, "I cleaned your house! I'm sorry if that was invasive in any way...I got bored waiting for you to come back, so I tried occupying myself," Geno fidgeted, squirming in his spot as he tapped his fingers.
"Oh? Well, thanks! Sorry if I wasn't able to visit you, I...got caught up in situations-" he looked down awkwardly. "I might have to work overtime again from how held up I was," Reaper sighed
"Oh...I understand then," Geno didn't sound too sure. "...So um...did you...ever make up your mind?" Geno asked. Reaper rose his brows in attention.
"My mind?" He asked in a questioning way. "About...us, about how you feel about me," Geno seemed nervous. Seems he's been sitting on that thought this entire time.
"I...-" Reaper bit his tongue, "No I still don't know..." Reaper sighed, "Sorry-" he rubbed the back of his neck, "It's alright!... I'll wait for as long as you need," Geno nodded. Reaper smiled slightly in relief, "Thank you my sweet rose," he told Geno.
Geno smiled with a nod. Reaper tapped his fingers, "Anyways...now that I'm not really gonna be stopped for a while I...gotta go reap a bit more-" Reaper pointed at the door.
"Huh?! But you just got here!" Geno whined before puffing out his cheeks, "I know, but I got caught up in a situation which causes me to stop my reaping for a bit-" Reaper tried to explain.
Geno scoffed, "If you don't like me just say it! You don't have to make an excuse!" Geno grabbed Reaper's sleeve. "That's not it!" Reaper denied, "Then why must you leave already!" Geno huffed before standing on Reaper's feet, holding onto his shoulders to keep him put.
Reaper held Geno's waist, his cheeks a bit blue from how close they were, "Geno, I have to go, darling, being a reaper is a 24/7 kind of job I do all day every day," Reaper said trying to walk. Geno leaned his weight onto Reaper making him fall on the floor, Geno sitting on top of him.
"Now why can't I come? Why must you leave me! You aren't trying to abandon me are you?!" Geno exclaimed, "No that's not it! Geno, this is taking it a bit too far, can I go?" Reaper felt as if he was about to be held against his will again.
It was a bit irritating. He wanted to be a free bird, he didn't want to fight for his freedom. Reaper kicked, struggled, and tried to push Geno off but he wasn't letting go of him.
From Reaper kicking, it ended up with the red string on his ankle to break. Fatal felt it and knew exactly where he was and didn't hesitate to see him again.
"Geno! Let me go!" Reaper begged. "Just tell me what the problem is! I'll fix it! Just don't leave me here!" Geno gripped onto Reaper.
A portal opened behind them, Fatal walking through to see Reaper and Geno on the floor. Reaper was a frightened flustered mess at the sight of Fatal. Fatal felt shivers go up his spine seeing Geno on Reaper and immediately pulled Geno off.
"What the hell do you think you're doing!" Fatal huffed, throwing Geno on the floor. Reaper sat up, scootching away from the both of them. "Who are you?!" Geno explained
