Karina POV
I sit on a dark red chair in front of a pitch black door. It's so black that it seems to suck the life out of the room. Ironic, considering where I am. Suddenly, a tall man in a black suit walks out.
Lucifer.
"Ah, Karina" he says in an I'm-not-too-interested voice.
"I want you to go to earth. Go and cause some mayhem."
Earth? Earth? I can go to earth??
"If you wish," I reply, my voice shaking with excitement. "How would I get there?"
"It's now one of your powers. Just think about it, then flap your wings twice. Do the same to come back"
I bow low, and walk out of the room. Once I'm out, I try and do what he said... Think, then flap....
Suddenly, my ears are filled with a roaring sound. I look around and see that I'm on a street. Humans are wandering around, all apparently not interested in me.
I feel different.... I look at my arm and see that it is a human arm. But I'm not human... My demon form is red. I don't know what I look like, as all demons look different, but I'm red. Not skin coloured.
I run into a big building, and see more humans wandering around. I spot a sign that says "toilets", so I run towards it.
I find a door with "toilets" on it again, so I push it open. I see a sink and a mirror, so I go and look at myself.
I look like a human girl. I have black spiky hair with red stripes, and green eyes lined with black stuff-eyeliner. I have a black t-shirt with a red heart on, and my jeans are black with a small chain on them that runs from my belt (also black) to my pocket.
I also have no wings.
No, wait... I do still have wings. But I have to concentrate really hard to see them.
Why do I look so different? Do I still have my power? I concentrate, and a small ball of fire appears between my hands.
So, I still have my power. But I look different. Probably to make me fit in. Why was I sent here again?
Oh yeah.
I'm meant to cause trouble.
A wicked smile spreads across my face, and I walk out of the toilets.
What should I set on fire first?
