It's a question I keep asking
Can you see me?
It's a question with an answer lacking
I'm confused and I don't know what to do
I like you
It can't be more true
But I don't know, I can't find the clues
Everyone's cheering and I don't know who for
This is hard for me to answer but I need to know more
Like, how do you learn to like a girl like me
A girl nobody hears, a girl nobody sees
I'm confused now more than ever
And they are supposed to call me clever
Just when I want to stop liking you
You do something cute so now I'm off cue
Can you just give me a sign?
Even if I know you will never be mine
I still have hope and I don't even know why
This chance is more impossible than to fly the clear blue sky
I'm so confused about what should I do
Should I express my feelings for you
Or should I hold it in
Just keep it bottled in
Life is just ridiculous at times
You never know what is to come
Maybe I'll wait and see what ensues
But I am excited to see where we lead as we continue.
