I made it to school late, I ran into my second period class handing my teacher the note and sitting in my assigned seat. I saw Cooper had transferred into the class and was burning holes into me. I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote something on his handing it to Cooper.

He wrote back and my eyes shot up, I had asked what happened Friday night and he said that he didn't want me sharing Danny's diseases. That was it. He acted completely normal after that.

"Stop staring at me." I whispered to Cooper. He laughed and kept starring.

"Adeline and Cooper be quite or you both are getting zeros." I glared at Cooper and he shrugged turning back to his test. I was using my favorite pen as it's good luck for me, plus it's a calligraphy pen.

I was writing then someone sneezed, which scared me and I pushed down bending the tip. I frowned and looked at Cooper holding up my pen. He made a frowning face and grabbed the pen kissing it better, he then handed me his pencil.

Okay Adeline, you got this. It's just about everything you learned this year and last year and the year before that, it couldn't be that bad.. Right?

"Why do you chew on your pencil, Dracula?" I turned and looked at Cooper confused then looked at my pencil.

I shrugged "Bad habit?" I tried. He laughed and shook his head.

"Adeline and Cooper, shut the hell up!" The teacher yelled. Cooper muffled a laugh, he returned to his test watching the paper.

"Adde-" Cooper was cut short when the teacher grabbed his ear and mine.

"Go to the principals office." She practically threw us out.

"This is all your fault." I mumbled.

"What's the big deal anyways?" Cooper asked "It's just a stupid test." I looked at Cooper trying to control the urge not to strangle him.

"Some of us actually have plans after graduation." I snapped. He rolled his eyes.

"You could fail for the next 17 days and you'd still be graduating early." He snapped.

Wow he has them counted.

I bunched up my fists and turned toward him.

"Why do you care? You're too busy with other stuff anyways." I turned away speed walking to the office. We arrived at he same time and Cooper casually sat down.

"Cooper I see you're back." The receptionist said. Cooper winked and sat on the couch provided, I sat next to him. The attendance informed the principal, she said he had someone in there. After 10 minutes Nicky Rola came out, Cooper stood up and smiled.

Typical cheerleader, beach blonde hair, big boobs, calves of steel, soft hands, no acne, perfect pony tails, good brand clothes and perfect body.

I looked down at myself, my chubby stomach, my thunder thighs, messy bun, I lost a contact this morning so my weird glasses and my DI sweatshirt.

"Hey Nicky." Cooper smiled, he flashed his pearly whites at her. She smiled and twirled a strand of her ponytail. She looked at me up and down and turned to Cooper.

"What's your little sister doing here?" She questioned.

"Oh she's not my little sister, she's just a coach for wrestling." Cooper explained.

That hurt. But not as much as the next thing.

"We aren't friends." He added. "Do you want to go out Friday night?"
