A small glance around the posh garden was enough to too make me feel under dressed for this particular party. My mother had forced me to go to one of her stupid get togethers because I may or may not have skipped a few that I was supposed to go to. If you couldn't already tell; my mother is one of those woman that think that every strand of hair had to be in the right place or else you're considered a sinner! Sometimes I wonder if she has any sanity left but then again, everyone is human.

My mother and I were greeted by the one and only Ellis Devereux; the devil in flesh and blood. If there is one lady that intimidates my mother, it would have to be Ellis. "Patricia my dear! How wonderful to see you and miss Alice here today!" Ellis grinned with her perfect pearly whites shining in the sun. My mother smiled back and replied,"Ellis my darling, what a surprise to see you this morning! I finally got Alice to manage her busy schedule and come with me, so she could be graced with your presence!" I internally rolled my eyes at my mother as her and Ellis spoke to each other; a little to kind might I add.

As I let my eyes roam around the party I finally looked back at Ellis and my mother, to see that they were already staring back at me. My mother had a scowl on her face, witch I regularly saw, while Ellis planted a smirk on her perfect sculpted lips. I cleared my throat and felt the tips of my ears warm as I replied,"Sorry, I tend to day dream a lot. Would you kindly repeat the words please?" Ellis laughed humorlessly as if she mocking me and said,"Alice, Margaret and Margo are waiting for you in the Arch way of the garden. Go meet them there and take a stroll with them until the reception starts." I forced a smile on my face witch, probably came out as a grimace, and mumbled an ok; before I turned to the arch way.

Just like Ellis said, there stood the two bimbos in all of their shining glory. Sometimes I wonder if they even have a brain, because they would crap in their hands then clap, rather than doing school work! Margo and Margaret are daughters of Ellis, witch is why their middle name is perfection. They use any boy that would come their way, then throw them out like dirty tissues. Those are just a few reasons why I'm not particularly fond of the two girls in front of me.

Margaret saw me heading down to the Arch way so she straightened her posture and mumbled something incoherent to Margo. As Margo looked up I had finally reached the Arch way;already wanting to leave the presence of the two imbeciles. Margaret smiled at me witch looked a lot like the one I recently gave her mother. Margo giggled and blurted out,"We know something you don't!" I guess Margo wasn't supposed to say anything because Margaret scoffed then said,"Shut up Margo, you're going to ruin the surprise!" That my ladies and gents, is how I finally got interested enough to take a 'stroll' with the balloon heads.

" You guys do realize now I won't leave you two alone until you tell me your 'little' secret, right?" I asked. Margaret shot her sister a glare before she looked back at me. She then smiled saying,"No can do sweetheart! You will just have to figure this one out on your own." Margo smirked, thinking that her sister had won this fight; little did they know that it was just beginning.

I smiled then skipped out of the ravishing garden; seeking Ellis in front of a few of her clients talking away. Once I got to Ellis, I politely asked her to come with me so I could speak with her. She waved away her friends as I took her to the same Arch way I was just in. I glanced around my shoulder seeing that Margo and Margaret were in ear-shot before I fixed my gaze back on Ellis saying,"Mrs. Devereux, I was wondering if you knew that Margo went ski-" I was cut off by a loud 'screach' coming from Margo who was already beside Ellis and I pulling me away into the garden.

Margaret looked furious, as if she chipped her perfect nails. On the other hand, Margo was as red as a tomato; a deep blush starting from her neck starting to rise up. Margo frantically started speaking saying,"What the bloody hell is wrong with you?! You could have cost me my perfect image to my mother!" I smirk crept on my face as I replied,"So... what was that secret you didn't want to tell me?"
