After dinner Taani went to her room. She was sitting on window. She heard a knock on door.

Sw : Taaniii
T : Ji bhay.. Come in na
Sw: ye sab kya hai taani?
T : huh?
Sw: Tune papa ko sach kyu bataya?
T: Ab mein sach bolunga toh bhi problem hai kya.
Sw: aisa nai hai Taani.. I mean to ask.. You dont want him to know about this right.. To phir achanak se reveal kyu kiya?
T: Chupane ke liye kuch bacha hi nai ( she said in a lost mode)
Sw : Huh?
T : Bhai kya hum baad me discuss kare? Im feeling sleepy.. So plz.
Swayam felt odd. He knew she dont want to talk about this.. May be he should talk to Rey, he thought to himself..
T : Bhai...
Sw: Ha.. Ha Taani.. Good night..
T: Gn
Swayam went to room and called Rey but his phone was not reacheable..

Next day morning :
Rey is sitting in canteen restlessly..
R: Taani abhi tak kyu nai aai.. How will i face her.  What will I tell her. How will i make her understand..How am i going withstand the pain in her eyes. I don't know.. I just want to see her. Hug her.

Swayam entered in canteen and saw Rey siting alone there lost in his thought.
Sw: Rey? Rey?? REYYYYYYY!!
R: kya hua.. Y r u shouting..
Sw: Im calling your the Nth time.. (He just rolled his eyes.. ) What happened Rey?
Rey looked at him blankly.. He dont know whether he should disclose this with him or not.
R: nothing..
Sw : Waise how you convinced Taani?
R: Convince? For what?
Sw: To tell papa that you are a dancer !
Rey is shocked.  He looked at swayam with lots of questions in eyes.
R: What are you saying?? Taani told to Uncle that im  a dancer?
Sw: (lil confused) tum aise kyu puch raha hai. Taani bataya nai?
R: No i dont have any idea..
Sw: no idea?? You might be the one who convinced her no??
Rey get the FB of yesterday's happening. His face go pale.. He sat there not knowing how to react.
Swyam shook him and he came out of his reverie..
Sw: Rey means you havent convinced her? Then why and how?
Swayam who dont have any idea was hell perplexed..
Rey's phone beeped.. It was a text message from Taani. He immediately opened it. It read as:

" Meet me in fire exit right now.. Dont worry about rehearsals, I will take just 5 minutes"

As he read the message his expression changed from confusion to curious to tension to fear.
Sw: Rey?? Kya hua?
R: I will catch you later.
Saying this he headed to FE. His heart beating so fastly.. He know that Taani is hurt.  He dont know how to handle the situation nor did he know what is coming on its way!

He entered FE.  There she is standing at the edge.. He came down.

R: Taani.. ( whispered softly)
Taani looked at him.. She put a plain face infront of him. She know what she is supposed to do. She is determined.. She dont want to break down infront of him. Whereas Rey's heart clenched by seeing her face. It is pale. Her eyes are swollen.  He knew she was crying heavily.. He is feeling guilty..
Before she could speak his phone rang indicating "sharon"
T: Can you plz chuck it.. I will take 5 minutes only.
Rey is hurt by her formal talks.  He all wanted is to hug her and tell her sorry.. But couldnt do anything.. He just switched off the phone and stared at her..
Taani took a deep breath..
T : Im breaking all the ties with you..
She said as sternly as possible.. She dont want to go around bush.. Her heart flinched. It killed her.. But he left her no choice.. Tears started to form.. But she blinked it. She cant be weak.
Whereas Rey stood there like a stone.. His body became stiff. His face became pale. His eyes became moist..
He heard her right? He questioned himself.. He knew she is hurt.  It will be very difficult.. But he was not expecting this..
R: Taa.. Taani! (called painfully) what are you saying. break up??
T: Ha Rey.. Breakup.. Now onwrds you are free from me.. (she tried to speak as unaffected)
R: par kyu Taani.. I love..
before he could complete Tani cut him..
T: plz Rey... Dont say those words without meaning it...
R: Huh?? What happened to you Taani? Kal tumne jo RH me suna i can explain Taani..
T: Oh really Rey? How are you going to explain it? And why you want to explain?? Accha hua na.. kal i got to heard all of that.. Par...par kyu Rey? Aap seedhe mere mooh pe bhi ye baat kar sakte the na?? Agar mein aapkeliye itna irritation ho gaya to ek bar bol sakte the na.. Mein apne apko aap par kabhi nai thopte.. Kyu nai bataya mujhe.. ( she dont wanted to burst out.. But she is not being able to control.. As she continued her voice got cracked.. A sob escaped her mouth)
R: Taani
He called helplessly. All he managed to say was her name. Her each word pierced his heart.
T: oh wait let me guess.. Itz coz im swayam' s siter right?? You dont want a rift between your friendship with him ..  Right?? Yeahhh. Thats it.  Ye hui na baat. Afterall you were with me all these while coz of him only na..
Her words made him furious.. Does she really think that he is with her coz she is swayam's sis! He held her shoulders firmly..
R: Taani.  I know you are hurt.  But that doesnt mean you can say anything... And kal jo hua.  I was frustrated.. I was feeling bad.. I was irritated with whole the situation that..
Taani again cut him..
T: That you want a BREAK? Break from me, right? A break from this irritating girl.. Ha?? That is what im doing Rey.. You dont have to bear me now onwards.. You are free. Free from all.. I told Tauji about you being a dancer. It is all good now.  You dont have to keep yourself away from your life, your passion, your dance.. You can now go and enjoy with your gang. Now you dont have to take your valuable 5-10 minutes for me(she said sarcastically)  and more importantly dont worry about about bhai.. It will not affect your friendship( her voice was heavy)
Rey : you really think that im with you coz you are swayam's sis? ( asked with pain and anger)
T: I dont think Rey.. Wohi sach hai.  Our relationship is a mistake and a burden for you..
Rey lost his cool.. Yeah he hurt her but that doenst mean she can question his love for her.. How could she think that it was all coz of swayam.. How dare she call their relation a mistake?? Cant she understand him?? He lashed out angrily. 
R: you know what Taani you are right... You irritated me..You made me choose between dance and you.. You made me to hide my identity..whereas you know what dance means to me.. You never understood me.. You asked ne no.. Why didnt i talked to you.. Agar me kuch bhi bolunga to you ll misunderstand me.. You dont want to know about my feelings.. You know what you were doing to me?? Coz of that i didnt attended the pre ndc competition.. Agar us din  what if i couldnt reah there.. My friends would have suffered coz of me n u... If you have really loved me no then you would have understood this.. But nahi.. Tum to busy the ne gang ke sath fights kar ne me.. Tauji ki sath mere meeting fix kar ne me.... So i agree it was a mistake......
Rey blabbered all this without even thinking...
Taani stood there motionlessly.. There was pure silence which broke by Rey..
R: so its all over right? (Rey asked with still in angry mood)
T: Ha ( after a lot of inner conflict she managed to say that)
R: Fine. 
Just by saying that he left there and went to terrace.. As soon as Rey left she collapsed in the floor. She cried uncontrollably.  Wasnt her life perfect like those of fairytale a few days back????

How could Rey say that she didnt love him?? Why he said that i kept him away from dance wheras she was doing that for THEM.. Why he felt she was rude to gang whereas they are the one who poke their nose first.. Just like the whole college he also feel the same right!

What actually went wrong?
I did every possible thing to be with you right??
Then why wasnt i enough ?
All those moments we shared were a lie?
All those promises were fake?
Why didnt you felt me enough to sit and talk?

She questioned herself!

Whereas Rey reached terrace and shouted in top his voice...

Why Taaaaaaniiiiiiiiii ! Tears flowing continuously..  He break down.. He cried his heart out.. He dont want things to turn like this. His life was perfect with her till few days back right?

Kyuu Taaani.  Y dont you understand meeeee.. How could you say that our relation was a mistake..  ??? Why  Taani why..
I know kal tum hurt hui thi. You could have confronted me.. You could have slapped me.. You could have asked me.. Then??? Why the hell this break up.... 

He couldnt help but ask helplessly ..

FE:

Rey you are right.. I have always made problems for you.. I always came in between you and your friends.. In between you and yor dance.. I didnt realize amid of all these im nothing to you... How can i forget?? Till now everyone chose something other over me.. Then why would i expect you to be different.. (her insecurities and fear made her say all these)I promise Rey i won't cross my paths with you again.. But.  But i will never forgive you for saying that i dont love you.. Where i all do is I LOVE YOU..

Terrace :
You know what Taani if you really think so na i cant do anything.  If this breakup will give you enough happiness im ready to do it.  But i ll never forgive you for calling our relation a mistake.. Where all i do is LOVE YOU...
