Chapter 6: Lunch

Maurice was heading to the lunch room and let out a happy sigh.

Maurice: I wonder what I be eating at lunch.

He walking in and saw what was on the menu.

Maurice: Guess, I go with pizza.

He went up and got his food while looking around where to sit until he heard Shay calling his name.

Shay: Yo, come sit with us.

He look to see him sitting with his sisters and Eltnum and went to them until Rosery bump into him, making him dropped his food.

Maurice: Dang.

Rosery: Oops, sorry.

She smirked at him while watching him pick up his food before taking it to the trash.

Maurice: Great. I have nothing to eat.

Rosery heard him and smiled at him until she was hit by apple and turn to see Sam had did it.

Sam: My bad.

Rosery glared at her lightly before walking to her table as Maurice sat down with his classmates.

Shae: Sucks that you have nothing to eat.

As she said this, his stomach growled lightly as he let out a sighed until a bag of chips and apple was put into his lap.

Emblem: Eat.

Maurice: *nods* Um, Thanks.

She blushed slightly where he didn't notice.

Maurice: So what are you guys talking about?

Emily: You know a little bit of anime.

Maurice: Really? I recommend you watch Tsugomomo. It's very good and I feel like it's very underrated.

Shay: Sounds interesting just by name. I'll check it out.

Shae: You seem like the type to watch my hero and fews other.

Maurice: I also like reading the manga.

Emily was interested in this as she do read a few along with Eltnum from time to time.

Maurice: You know Demon Slayer, Seven Deadly Sin, One Punch Man, My hero, and Dragon ball.

She chuckled along with her slibing, confusing him.

Emily: *thoughts* If only you know.

He shrugged and start eating while feeling someone was staring at him.

Eltnum: *thoughts* He seem like he hiding something. I wonder what it is.
