Chapter 2

Luke's POV

Today was the day, Aria and I were going to tell the news to her aunt. Aria kept thinking of the worst possible things but I had to keep telling her everything would be fine

We were currently in the car, driving to her house. "What if she kicks me out Luke?" She panicked.

I grabbed her hand, and laced out fingers together. "Everything will be fine, don't worry about it." I said kissing her hand.

She nodded and stopped worrying. I pulled into the driveway of her aunts house and we got out of the car. I took her hand in mine, and gave her a reassuring squeeze. Her aunt opened the door and smiled when she saw us.

"Aunt Carrie we have some news to tell you." Aria said warily.

Her looked at us confusedly before leading us to the living room. We sat down and her looked at us. "Well what's the news?" She asked.

"Well, aunt Carrie, I'm...I'm pregnant." She smiled nervously at her aunt.

"Get out." Her aunt said casually.

"What?" Aria asked confusedly. I could tell this was not gonna end well already. That's why I kept my mouth shut.

"I said get out, pack your bags. Because I will not a have a pregnant teenager in my house." She yelled this time, Aria stood up and grabbed my hand before walking up the stairs to her bedroom and grabbing her suitcase.

She grabbed all of her clothes and piled them in there, along with the other things she needed. I grabbed her bag for her and held her hand.

We walked out of the house and Aria started sobbing. I got her things in the back and we left her aunts house. "Luke, where am I supposed to live now." She cried.

"With me." I told her.

"Luke, I can't-." She started off.

"Yes, you can and you will. Your having my baby, and I want to be in his or her life all the time. Also I love you to much." I smiled at her. She nodded and kissed my cheek.

We arrived at my, well our apartment now and we grabbed her things and went upstairs. I had Ashton watch Lucy while we were gone. We opened the door, and Ashton and Lucy were sitting on the floor playing monopoly.

"Hey guys." I smiled at them. Aria went to my room to put her stuff down and take a nap.

"Hey, is Aria okay?" He asked stopping the game with Lucy.

"Her aunt kicked her out cause she's pregnant." I said putting my head in my hands.

"Oh." Was all he could say. I don't blame I'm though, there's not much you could say in a situation like this.

"Well I let you guys be. Call me if you need anything." Ashton said before leaving.

Lucy came over to me and sat on my lap. "Lucy, I wanna know what you think about Aria living with us now?" I asked her.

"I'm happy, Aria is like my big sister." She giggled. Thank god, I don't know what I would've done, if Lucy wouldn't want Aria here. I probably would've lost it.

"You look just like mum you know that right? Your beautiful just like her." As Lucy was getting older, she was beginning to look a lot more like my mom.

"What was mommy like?" She asked. Lucy never really got to know her. Since she was only a baby when she died. So it was my job to tell her all about mum.

I began explaining what our mom was like. The way she was so picky about certain things but could've cared less about others. How she was an independent women, I admired that about her. I finally finished talking and Lucy had fallen asleep. I smile, and gently pick her up in my arms and bring her to room.

I put her into her bed, covered her small body, and kissed her forehead. Before leaving. I shut her door and walked to me and Arias room.

She was laying on the bed, crying into the pillow. I slipped off my vans, and laid down next to her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she looked up at me. Her eyes were red and puffy, her cheeks were covered in mascara stains and tear stains.

"Stop crying, I don't like seeing you cry. I'll start crying." I chuckled, wiping away her tears with my thumb.

She cracked a smile. "Thank you Luke." Then she kissed me.

Aria had been living here for almost 3 weeks. She was happy, and that's all that mattered to me.

"Luke, cmon we have to go. My appointments at 11:15." Aria shouted from the kitchen.

Today we were gonna find out the gender of the baby. Aria had been really excited about. I couldn't care less about whether the baby was a boy or girl. I'd still love it unconditionally.

I put on my black, worn out converse and walked into the kitchen. Lucy was at her friends with house. "Okay, let's go."

We left our apartment and went to my car. We got in and drove to the doctors office. This was going to be interesting.

Once we got there, we got several stares from middle aged woman. But I could've cared less. I could tell it bothered Aria a lot, she kept looking at her feet. I put my arm around her waist, and gave a death glare to any woman who looked at her strangely.

After waiting for about 20 minutes, we got called back. "Alright lift up you shirt."

Aria did as told, and lifted up her shirt. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it. The doctor began doing what she had to. "Alright, well it actually looks like your having twins. One boy and a girl."

"What?" I choked out.

"I'll let you have a moment." The doctor said before walking out.

"There's two." Aria said looking down at her stomach.

I nod. "Two little babies we get to call are own."

"Luke, I don't know if I'll be able to take care of two kids. They say ones hard, imagine two." She rambled.

"Your not going to be taking care of them alone. I'm gonna be there with you every step of the way. Everything will be okay." I reassured her.

She nodded. "Okay."

We finished at the doctors and Aria was craving Chinese food so we went out to eat. Once we were done eating, we picked up Lucy form her friends house.

We drove back to the apartment. Once we were inside we sat down to tell Lucy the news. "So what is it?" She asked.

"Lucy, I'm having twins. A boy and a girl."

"Yay." She said jumping up and down, and the hugging Aria and I.

Twins. This is gonna be one hell of a ride.
