Two- Not just a cold

*1 week in the future*

It all happened so fast I had only just met the guy. I tried to hold in my breath for I knew what was about to happen. I grabbed the side of my jeans and held them tightly as I felt a pair of lips crash into mine. I had this feeling that I had never felt before. It was as if a colony of ants had taken over my stomach and was now marching everywhere.

*back to present*

"Kate there's someone on the door for you" my mum yelled, I got up from bed not being fully awake yet and walked to the door to see Nicky standing with a luggage and her dog angel. I was confused at first but now I realized she is here to go with me to Los Angeles.

"Nicky I totally forgot, I went to sleep really late last night" I almost whispered with a shocked face. "Well then come back to planet earth and get moving its 7:30 your mum told me your plane leaves at 9, we better hurry" she quickly said and started making her way into the house. She can be very shy at times but today she was all the contrary. "Now, I know I have explaining to do so to sum it up I bought a ticket to Los Angeles california to go live there too, my mum has her on problems to take care off right now she'll go later." Nicky explained, "well that makes more sense" I said rubbing my eyes and yawning and slowly falling back to my bed "NO you can't sleep aren't you excited we are going to Los Angeles!!" She practically screamed "of course but I just need to sleep.." I said softly.

Nicky grabbed my arm and took me to my closet. I had picked out some clothes yesterday so I can wear them today which was some boot cut jeans a long plain shirt and some black all stars." Come on we are going to Los Angeles don't you wanna attract some hot guy??!" Nicky protested, "all I wanna attract over there is a cold so i have an excuse not to go to collage" she grabbed my clothes, ran to my mum and said "please don't let Kate wear this ever again" she turns back to me an then back at my mom and said "I'm Kate by the way nice to meet you"

Kate grabbed her luggage and took some clothing items out, then quickly closed her luggage again "here take these and put them on" Kate said while getting out of my room and shutting the door. I looked at the clothes. Ripped blue skinny jeans, light blue shirt that said 'I choose food over you' in white letters. I put them on and as soon as I did Kate opened the door making me feel embarrassed cause I looked horrible. "Now you'll attract more than just a cold" she said.

The morning went by pretty fast, we were boarding the plane, I got a window seat and Nicky was 2 rows behind me. While my mom and dad and brother were sitting at my side. I felt pretty anxious, I knew that the moment we set foot in Los Angeles I was gonna freak out. Not because i was actually scared but I was excited of a new life, and maybe also a bit scared but I will deal with it.

*much later that day*

"WAKE UP WE ARE HERE" yelled my brother practically waking up everyone else in the plane. There were many 'sshh' heard after that, i stoop up and took my luggage and walked out of the plane with Nicky on my side. We got off the plane and went through all the checking out stuff and looking for the exit, after about an hour we were finally done and on a cab. We arrived at our new house, which my mom had bought before, pretty fast. The first thing I did when I got there was ask for my room. "Up the stairs to the right first room" my mom indicated.

I followed her instructions and opened my room door to find an empty room. I threw my luggage on the floor and went out the house "ima go explore mum see Ya" I told my mom while leaving. There were many stores near by, I entered one that catch my eye, it was a camera store. I have always loved cameras, and always dreamed of being a photographer or something.

As I look around I feel eyes on my back, I turn around to find a pair of dark brown eyes looking at me. " hi, are you looking for anything..?" The boy said. I took a few seconds to answer for I was still admiring his gorgeousness "oh, what- me um oh no I was just um looking around" I answered nervously with a smile. "Oh ok if you want I can show you some good cameras" he said "oh um sure" I answered with another smile. I didn't know who he was or what he wanted, all I knew, was that I wanted to know more about this mysterious boy.

"Now what kind of camera are you looking for? just for nice and cute pictures or like a professional one with all the good stuff" the boy asked me, "Actually im just looking around, not really gonna buy anything." I said while realizing how stupid that sounds. I mean why else would i go into a store if you're not gonna buy anything. "Oh, well if you find anything u need just ask alright?" The boy said with a smile while walking away "will do-" I stopped and waiting for him to say him name. He turned around and paused for a second "kian;the names kian" he said with a smile on his face that made my body shiver at the sight of it.

I started looking around the place at all the beautiful cameras and actually started thinking of buying one, but then my bubble burst when I saw the price tags.

Ok ok omg this chapter sucked so much haha I just wanted to make a scene where kian and Kate met so I kinda rushed thing but I think it's still good idk idk lol. Don't forget to comment and vote (:
