We went  to the house and everything was fine.

We walked around then went inside but nothing was wrong there too.

Then I saw a note on the floor and picked it up.

Dear Angela,

You know the woods I told you about well actually they took me there. Don't worry about me I will be fine just go to nationals and win. The woods is too dangerous and I'm going to be okay. Ya bye. You already know who sent this.

What is mom thinking I mean why you send this when you know I'm not going to listen I thought maybe she Is hiding something.

"Wait there's something on the back" said Yuki.

There is money on the chair for your needs and don't be stupid and come looking for me I promise I will come back not now but ill come back okay.

A tear rolled down my cheek I just can't believe that my mom is leaving.

"Its fine lets just go back to nationals" said Yuki.

I grabbed his arm and said "no I'm going to see her".

I ran and ran and he followed we were almost there when a huge bird block the way.

Elise P O V:

I did not catch up to them but I came up to Jade mom house.

I saw a note and read it then I quickly knew where she went.

I ran there and hide behind a bush.

When I saw them I saw a huge bird in front of them.

Jade P O V:

"Ugh now what do we do" I said mad.

"Your the one who wanted to go there" Yuki said.

"Umm mr. Bird I would like to pass" I said.

"You can pass if you can solve this puzzle" said the bird.

"Uhuh I'm out of here go solve it your self bird" said Yuki.

"What about the mission on seeing what's going on" I said.

"Uhuh I'm not in dora trying to get past the troll" Yuki said.

I sighed and drag him back in front of the bird.

"Well you want a fight we have a fight" I said pulling out my sword.

"Wait......are you the hero" he said shocked.

"H*** no or whatever you mean" I said as I ran to him to attack him.

"You must be the legend must be true" I heard the bird said.

"You can pass if you want too" the bird said.

"Such a nice bird" I said.

"What do you mean he tried to get me to do a stupid puzzle" said yuki.

"Lets keep going" I said.

Elise P O V:

I beat the bird up yep be scared of me.

Then I wondered what he meant when he said legend.

But I shake it off and kept following.
