Werewolf girl

I'm a werewolf no way this can not be true. I continue to walk down the hallway toward home room.

"Macy are you even listening to me." Lexi says to me while snapping her fingers in my face.
"Ummm no I'm not sorry what did you say" I stop walking and look at her.
"I said we need to throw you a birthday party" Lexi and I start to walk to home room again.
"Yeah I guess we can do that." I say as my eyes wonder off to the mister bad boy of are school.

Chase Logan. He looks over at me and gives a sweet little smirk." Ok so we are going to throw you a party. We'll go... " I put my hand up in the hand cutting her off still looking ahead at nothingness
"Yeah ok Lexi ,ummm I have to get to home room now bye." She looks at me.
"Yeah? Ok. Something's going through your mind,but bye." I head to home room.

My home room didn't last to long. We go in there for ten minutes sit to do some work. The teacher talks to you and that's about it. I wasn't paying attention to her at all just thinking of what my brother had told me. Why was it me. I guess my life was just a lie. I'm not the simple little girl I thought I was. No I'm a werewolf it feels so weird saying it. It can't be true. It's impossible. Nope. I beg to differ.

My gym class only has about ten people in it which is not bad. "MACY!!!" I turn to see my friend Haley and Josh running at me.
"Slow down what?" I say holding out my hands.
"We get to play softball"say Haley who is on my team this season.
"OR volleyball" says Josh, who cuts short after looking over at me and Haley. "Softball all the way."I look over at Haley." You can watch us if you want" I look over at Josh and say.
"Well can I take you up on that offer" I turn around to see Chase looking at me with a devilish smirk on his face. God what is his problem this week. He has been all over me. I look over at Haley
"Sure why not " say Haley, with her big deal of smile. "Okay then well we will go grab are stuff then." Haley and I walk over and grab our gloves and I grab the catchers stuff. Walking over putting it on I squat down into my pose and look at Haley, laughing. "This gear gives me a major wedgey". I walk over to my mark were me and Haley practice acting kinda like a robot. "I feel like a robot."

I look over at Joshy and Chase. "Come over here and watch this." I say and Haley throws the most perfect pitch straight into my glove to be honest with you it hurt my hand a little tiny bit. I'm not showing that though. "Wow" is all I hear come out of the boys mouth.

"Haley that hurt my hand to be totally honest with you". I glance up at the boys. "Well you guys want to ask if we can go outside and hit. Of course you guys play in, we play out ." Josh looks over at Haley. They both nod. Oh god that's not good."Ok so Macy, Josh and I are going tell Mrs.Earls. Okay?" Before I could even say anything Chase said "Yeah that works" he turns to me "So let's go Macy". I give Haley and Josh the 'I'm going to kill you look'. They both just smile at me
"Umm yeah we should" I adjust the catchers gear. Chase and I start to head out. It's silent between us. Only thing you hear it my cleats on the concrete (which I know I could get yelled at for). Half way down to the field he finally says something to me."So Macy do you think you guys will strike us out a lot." I giggle softly. I start to swing my arms.
"Probably". Then we both are swinging are arms, when are hands hit. I think hear a small little gasp for air. "Um, sorry did I hurt you?" I mostly want to know why he gasped.
"No you didn't just I felt a spar- never mind." Was he just about to say spark. His face got all red.

"Spark???" I say then I think wait a second "Are you 18 yet?". We stop and sit on the bench next to the field.
"Yes and yes.....why?" Oh great now I just need to wonder if he is a werewolf like me fantastic.
"Oh because I'm not 18 yet and well when I turn 18 something always happens to people in my family." Whole shit did little old me just say that.
"Oh really" He say looking at me and that is when I notice his chiseled jawline, bright blue eyes, well toned/defined abs under a tight black shirt,and the scent that smelled just like my brother when he showed himself to me. "Oh god ...So you are one of me fun" I was making no sense at all. He gives me that 'what-the-hell-are-you- talking-about ' look. I gulf hard then speak softly. "Are you a werewolf?" I whispering that softly, even though no one was around us.

"Oh yeah I am how do you know". He puffs up his chest a little bit.
"Well my brother told me that I am one this morning and that I would 'changing' over tonight. Whatever that means" He looks at me and smiles I don't understand why he would be smiling it's weird.
"So that means tomorrow you will be finding your mate huh?" I look at him in total confusion.
"Mate? What on earth is that?" He has a look of sadness and shock.
"Before they get out here you are going to learn a lot of werewolves.Okay?" I feel totally shock but I still nod my head up and down. "Okay first things first, mates. Mates are like your soul mate that you get the day after you shift, most of the time. Sometime if your mate doesn't like you they reject you which hurt your wolf. Your wolf will also let you know when you have found them. You will meet your wolf during your little change. Are we still following?" I nod slow again."Good then you will meet your pack. FYI Haley and Josh and your friend Lexi are all werewolves."

I feel my jaw get heavy. Meaning it has dropped. Wow I would have never guessed that. "Okay so now I do have a few questions, if you don't might me asking." He gives me the hit me look. "Okay have you found your mate? Are Haley and Josh mates?"He looks at me then down at the ground
"Me? I sort of have I found her she has not found me. Josh and Haley are not mates ,Lexi and Josh are." I feel my jaw drop yet gain. "Who is your mate, can you tell me. Lexi and Josh? Oh hell no Lexi is so much better then Josh. Lexi can barely even keep guys off of her" he look at me and say " One more lesson. Marking, that is when the male bites down on the spot between the color bone and the neck. AKA the soft spot." I giggle a little." Then it leaves a mark kind of like a tattoo. The process is not done yet though. They have to 'mate' to finish the job. Josh and Lexi have not finish the process of mating so...yeah. Josh still gets really jealous when boys touch or talk to Lexi." He looks down. "He even gets jealous of you and hers relationship. Anyway it's a mate thing you will understand. How you know it's your mate , is when one your inner wolf screams it and when you smell something so power and great. Then when near them you have to hold them or something. Also you feel something." He looks at me and that is when I put to and to together. Holy hell I'm HIS mate.
"Oh damn ,Chase I'm not quite sure if I'm right or not but am I your mate?? That sounds crazy never mind that." I ask just as Haley and Josh pop up be are side
"Are you to right ?" I break my eyes contact with his green ones.
"Yeah of course I'm ready to whip ass" I stand up and walk up to the home plate and I squat down and look at Haley.
"Who is going up first?" Haley and I both say in sync. " I will" say Chase, he smiles at me. I remember he still hasn't answered my question. Haley gets ready to pitch and has soon as Haley pitchs the the ball Chase say to me " Yes you are my mate." Then hits the ball. A home run at that and then turns and starts running.
