Backstory time
Zefy is a very dangerous and addicting new drug circulating in Storm Coast City. the police have gotten a new lead on Zefy that shows that it has been integrated through gangs into the local high school of the city. If police find out which gang is dealing Zefy they can find out where the original source comes from and put a stop to it once and for all. The police cheif needs their best cadets to go undercover in storm coast high to gain information so a major drug bust can occur. Coal Yoshi and Kirishima Hiro are the top ranked cadets at the police academy so they have been chosen for this assignment.
