Khodi springs wakes up to his alarm going off at 5am. He turns it off quickly and stretches. He grabs his phone and brings it to his bathroom. He showers quickly and throws on his binder, favorite sweater, and light blue pants.
Khodi brushes his teeth and styles his hair. With one last look in the mirror he heads down stairs. "Hey mom, I'm going over to Kate's after school." He says with a smile meeting his mother in the kitchen.
"That's fine just make sure you text me if any plans change." She replies handing Khodi a piece of toast. Khodi puts the toast in his mouth and slips on his vans.
"Bye mom," he calls out grabbing his backpack and walking out the door still chewing on a bite of toast. Khodi pulls his keys out from his pants pocket and starts the car. Before pulling out he send a text to late saying he is on his way.
Khodi pulls up to Kate's house at 6:15 to drive them to school. He honks the horn waiting for her. Once he hears the door close to the house he looks over. He watches as the green eyed ginger walks closer. "So, what do you think?" Kate asks hinting at the outfit. Swallows his last bit of toast before looking her up and down.
"Looks good." He says admiring the black long sleeve crop top with the blue skinny jeans and black combat boots. Kate smiles happily and turns on the radio ad Khodi pulls back out into the street on the way to school.
