Colby's POV

I board the plane and take out my phone to see a picture of Sam and me. It kills me to leave him but I need to do this. I have to leave for me, so I can move on. I wish he would have come with me but Kansas is where he needs to be. 

The plane starts to move on the runway so I turn my phone off and put it away. 

We take off and stare out the window, thinking of Sam. I hope he is somewhere thinking of me. 

I arrive in LA and text Sam and Jake.

C: I'm here. 

J: good.
