Ever since Jungkook kissed her, Y/n was on cloud nine. The memories of the long-awaited kiss kept coming back, hitting her with a wave of euphoria. She missed the taste of his lips and the feeling of comfort they brought when they touched hers. It had been three days, but the kiss was still clear in her mind.
Passionate, tender, mind-blowing.
The fact that her friends kept questioning her about it—which was currently the case—did not help at all.
Bibha, who wasn't familiar with Jungkook, turned out to be the most curious of the girls. "So basically, you didn't talk after the kiss?"
"We danced, then we kissed and danced again until the end of the night," Y/n explained, blushing as if she was counting her very first experience with a boy. "I didn't hear from him since!"
Hana scoffed. "Still a douche, I see."
But her girlfriend thought otherwise. "Y/n didn't call him either. They're both wait—what are you actually waiting for?" She was now staring at the (h/c)-haired woman who shrugged, unsure herself.
Sun intervened. "Call him."
"Now?" Y/n frowned.
She nodded. "Now."
The usual Y/n would refuse and joke about it out of fear. But thanks to the kiss, she felt more confident. Jungkook seemed to enjoy himself as much as she did during the wedding, and she had no reason to fear rejection.
"Okay. I'll do it."
The (h/c)-haired woman rose from her seat and left her friends inside the bar to get some fresh air.
In a sigh, she picked up her phone and called him right away to avoid having second thoughts. It took the man a few seconds to pick up the call and be greeted with the sweetest voice he had ever heard.
"Not right now, I don't want to ditch my friends. How about I come later?"
Jungkook looked around his living room and nodded to himself. Good thing he cleaned the place earlier that day. "Just text me the address; I'll pick you up when you're done."

His place was clean, neat, and way fancier than mine. I found myself looking around in awe, fascinated by such a modern design when, in fact, Jungkook used to prefer messy yet minimalist styles.
Standing behind me, I heard him chuckle. "Pretty nice, huh?"
I nodded. "Yeah, oddly enough."
Being alone with him, in his apartment, felt great. As far as I remembered, those moments we spent together back in college were always fun. We'd talk, joke around, and more. I missed that, and I couldn't believe we now had the chance to reenact these.
A few minutes later, Jungkook and I were seated in his living room with a glass of wine each, with some music on. The man was happily showing me his work, which I wasn't familiar with. As an aspiring publisher, he thought I could give him a constructive opinion regarding his webtoons.
"I'm not familiar with webtoons, though. I don't know how it works..."
Jungkook shrugged and placed his laptop on my thighs. "You can start by reading the first episode."
While he sipped his glass of wine, I was engrossed in "The Demon Teacher," his first and most successful webtoon. A demon is expelled from Hell after being caught acting nice towards a bunch of angels and saving a human's life. Sent on Earth, he has to hurt humans as much as possible to get a chance to go back home and prove he's worthy of the evil world. As I read the summary, a small smile made its way onto my face.
"I remember that."
He cocked an eyebrow. "I'm surprised you do!"
"How can I forget?" he smiled "You told me it was a great idea, so I kept working on it."
A wave of pride hit me. Jungkook had listened to me back then, and his hard work turned out to be one of the greatest of our time.
"We'll have to consider publishing webtoon authors if their works are as good as yours."
The black-haired man nodded. "Isn't that crazy? I'm an author and you work in a publishing company. I mean, aren't we made for each other?" A cocky smirk crept up his face.
I couldn't help but giggle, internally screaming.
In a soft movement, he grabbed my shoulders and led me to stare right back at him. With a playful smirk, he had lowered his voice to say how much he wanted to kiss me.
Captivated by his demanding tone, I couldn't move. I kept looking deeply into his eyes as I could feel my body heat up in a matter of seconds. Right away, he pulled me closer and crashed his lips into mine; kissing me with both passion and hunger. As I kissed him back, his hand was tangled in my hair while the other one rested on my back.
Eventually, his lips left mine, leaving me breathless. He trailed soft kisses on my neck, slowly coming back to my lips. Weak in the knees, I almost lost my balance, causing him to chuckle against my sensitive skin.
"Eager, aren't we?"
Tired of being teased, I pressed my lips against his. I melted in his arms and felt my heart beating faster. The softness of his tongue rolling with mine mixed with the sour taste of red wine sent a shiver down my spine.
At some point, both of us lost ourselves in the heated kiss. Boosted with a feeling of bravery, I eagerly removed his hoodie, and the hottest sight I'd ever seen appeared in front of me.
Jungkook's bare torso caused me to whimper, and it became worse when my eyes landed on his abs. It was obvious he spent a lot of time exercising, much to my pleasure.
"Want to go to my room?"
I glanced at the comfortable couch and smirked. "Here is fine."
Jungkook wasted no time and laid us both on the couch. Hovering over me with his strong arms resting on the mattress, his eyes were searching for mine.
"I wish you could see yourself through my eyes right now," he whispered, hitting me with a wave of pure euphoria.
I smiled. "I think I know exactly how you see me." I pecked his lips playfully. "What I'm seeing now is far more beautiful, though."
With that being said, Jungkook and I made love for the first time that night, and I never felt so good.
