Kidnapped By Pirates

Chapter 1

Luciana's POV

"Hey, Hayden! Carry that barrel over there to the kitchen, will you?" Jake screamed and I screamed back an 'alright' before heading towards the barrel and started to lift it up slowly, making sure that my clothes won't get dirty.

"Why is there a woman on a prideful ship like this?!" I heard a loud scream and stopped at my track, scared that my identity has been discovered. I didn't dare move an in from where I was standing and waited for the impact. "Oh! It was just little, old Hayden! Geez man, you have such pale skin and a small figure to the point where I mistook you for a woman! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Two men bumped into my shoulder making me stumble but didn't fall. I let out a sigh of relief before continuing to walk to the kitchen.

"PIRATES!!!!!" someone screamed and I immediately tensed up. I walked faster towards the kitchen and put the barrel down before running up towards the deck. Men kept running back and forwards, preparing for battle. I stopped one of the men and tried to get as much information out of him as in to exactly what is going on.

All that I got is there is a pirate's ship attacking us and it's not just any pirate ship. It belongs to Leonardo De Vinci, the most powerful pirate there is. Dammit. I saw Jake doing his own preparations and quickly ran up to him.

"Oh My Gosh, Jake! What do we do! They will surely kill us if they succeed! Or worst, Take us as prisoners!" I whisper-shouted to him and he gave me a confused look. "How is that worst?" he asked and I just wore a blank expression on my face.

"It's worst for me not for you! Since I'm a woman! God knows what they might do to me!" I said in a low growl and he just nodded, finally getting the idea before mumbling the word 'true'. Suddenly, we heard a loud 'Bang' and the whole ship started shaking.

There was another ship in front of ours that was coming straight for us. It's them!!!! They kept shooting cannons at us and by the time our ship was halfway prepared for defence, they were already starting to jump on our ship!!!! I quickly grabbed my dagger from my belt and held it in front of me, trying to prefect myself if anything happened.

The ship was surrounded by people wielding their swords and firing their guns but as the coward person I really am, I ran away and started to look for a place to hide. I went inside and his in the kitchen. I hid in the cupboard and waited for peace to come. But all I got was someone coming into the kitchen. Just my luck!

"Captain, this ship has been transferring oil and food to their destination. We are very lucky to have got our hands on 'em" one of the two men, that entered the room, said. The two pair of legs travelled the kitchen without making any sort of mess.

"That's good. Load our ship with all the oil and the food and water, along with every antique and goods that you find" a very powerful voice said which I assumed to be the captain. Now I am in so much trouble!!!!

The captain of the pirate ship is in the same room with me!!!! I am in so much trouble! He walked up to the cupboard and I tensed up, trying not to make any noise. He stopped a few inches away from the cupboard and silence filled the room.

Please don't open the door!!!!!!!!The door opened leaving a scared little me, trying to make myself smaller, which never really worked! "Well, well, well? Who do we have here?" He asked which was a rhetorical question before holding the back of the collar of my shirt and yanking me upwards. I immediately flinched and held the collar, trying to lessen the suffocating feeling.

He held me from my collar and lifted me off the wooden floor, until I was levelled with his piercing, brown eyes. I glared at him, suddenly feeling slightly courage but that did me no good as he carried me from my shirt, all the way down to the deck. Before reaching the deck, someone started yelling which was towards our direction.
