So lately I've been trying out a ton of new styles, partly because I feel like I want to finally find my own style, lol. Anyways, today I tried out semi-realistic colored pencil drawings. Idk what I was thinking with this one, but here:

Anyways, I spent 5 freaking HOURS on this! Gah who new blending pencils were so long. But I mean, I don't think I completely failed. I'm sorta proud of it.
After experimenting with this style for a few more hours, I decided I actually wanted to get better at colored pencils and drawing people with them. So, I convinced my mom to meet me halfway in buying the bigger set of Lume- Lumin- Idk something pencils, if sh got to share them with me. Cause they are freakishly expensive but I know my mom has been dying for an excuse to get them. And my current set has no skin tones.
Anyways, I couldn't stop doing these all afternoon (not just lips, lol). I might post some more of them later. I mean, despite how long these take they are oddly easy?
