"I'm ready!" I shouted from the other side of Levy's apartment.

I finished tying my shoes and headed to the bathroom mirror for one last look. I wore a pair of high-waisted black ripped jeans with a black cropped tank top. I just wanted to be in comfortable clothes for tonight and didn't feel like putting in too much extra effort. Quickly, I pulled my hair up in my usual side pony-tail as Levy ran down the hallway to put her shoes on.

"Alright, I'm ready too!" Levy called, grabbing her keys as I walked out of the bathroom.

"Sweet, lets go." I said, grabbing my small purse as we walked out the door and headed to Levy's car.

We drove downtown, to a medium-sized venue, finding parking a little ways down the street. The line to get in snaked around the building, which made sense since it was still a bit early. We finally found the end of the line and waited for the venue doors to open.

"I'm so excited, Lucy! I know you'll like them." Levy squealed to me as we waited in line.

"Yeah, we'll still have fun regardless. This'll at least take my mind off my dad for now." I reassured her.

"Wait, you've never listened to Fairy Law before?" The guy in front of us asked as he turned around to face us.

"I haven't. She loves them, I just haven't taken the time to listen to them before. I love the genre though, so I'm not worried." I explained.

"Yeah, they're amazing. Just your luck they happen to be great live." He said with a smile.

"Oh, so you've seen them before?" Levy asked.

"This will be my third time. None of my friends like them though so I always just go alone."

"That's so sad! You can hang around with us if you want." Levy offered.

"No, no. I wouldn't want to intrude on your evening, ladies." The guy put his hands up to decline her offer.

"It's no trouble, it's more fun when you make friends at shows than hanging by yourself." I chimed in. I didn't mind hanging out with new people and maybe making a friend to go to other shows with in the future.

"Okay, if its no trouble for you girls..." The guy reluctantly said as he crossed his arms. "My names Bacchus, by the way."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Lucy, and this is Levy." I introduced.

Finally, the line began to move and people were starting to head inside. We showed our tickets, and followed everyone in. We got to the floor area, a little ways away from the stage and waited for the show to start. A few people in the stage crew came on stage to make last minute adjustments to the instruments and to test the mics, until finally, the opening band started playing. I didn't quite catch the name of the band, but they were pretty good.

As the opener ended, the main band, Fairy Law, finally entered the stage. The band included four musicians, a very tall man with long black hair seemed to be the lead singer, a handsome guy with short black hair was the bass guitarist, another good-looking guy with messy pink hair seemed to be the lead guitarist, and a very large blonde man was the drummer.

"Hey everyone." The lead singer spoke through the microphone in a low, raspy voice. He was muscular, both arms covered in tattoos and piercings seemed to be be all over his body. He wore a thick headband around his forehead, a tight black muscle shirt, and black jeans. The audience screamed as he greeted the crowd. "Glad you could all make it tonight. We're starting off with an old one."

The crowd went crazy as the four musicians began to play their first song. I looked over and spotted Levy singing her heart out to every word of the song.

They moved on to their next song, and the next. Levy was right, I was really enjoying myself. I felt the music tearing and beating through my chest, which was always my favorite part of any concert. Bacchus, Levy and I huddled in our own cluster in the crowd and really were having a great time.

"Hey, I'll be right back!" Bacchus shouted as the previous song ended.

"Okay, don't take too long, you don't wanna miss this ending!" Levy shouted back as he took off.

The next song started up as Bacchus returned, two drinks in his hands. "You girls want a drink?"

"Sure, I'll take one." I grabbed a cup from him.

"Thanks, but I'll pass. I'm driving us back home tonight." Levy shouted, shaking her head.

He nodded like he understood and started drinking the one he had left in his hand.

The drink tasted like some fruit juice mixed with cheap vodka, definitely not the best I've had but I didn't mind having just one drink, especially for free since I'm still a year too young to buy my own alcohol. I finished it quickly so a security guard couldn't catch me with it and so I could jump around with Levy more as the show came closer to the end.

"Thank you everyone, and goodnight!"

The last song ended as the band thanked everyone for coming, and walked off stage. People started heading out of the building so we shuffled off to the side.

"Hey Lucy, I'll be back, I'm going to the bathroom. It might take just a minute since the line is long if that's okay." Levy said as she gestured towards the crowded bathroom line.

"Sure. Looks like we'll be here a whi-." I tried to say to Bacchus as Levy walked away. I noticed my vision had blurred a little bit, suddenly.

"Are you feeling okay?" Bacchus asked.

"Y-yeah I'll be fine." I replied. "I think I'm just tired."

This is weird. I know I'm not drunk...I just had one drink which usually wouldn't affect me that much. Besides, this feeling...is different...

"Hey come with me. I want to show you something." Bacchus grabbed my hand and led me across the large room.

It was difficult to make out where we were headed, but it seemed like a long hallway, when suddenly we turned into an open space. My eyes started to feel heavy, and it seemed to be a struggle to keep them open. I could see a couple other people on the room with us as we stopped walking. Things definitely didn't feel right. Bacchus had cornered me against the wall, and started to kiss me. I tried pulling away and pushing him off with my hands, but felt powerless, like my strength was leaving my body.

"Hey c-an you s-stop..." I attempted to say, although I could hear my words slurring as they escaped my mouth.

What is going on with me? Why can't I do anything?

"Hey jackass, she told you to stop."

I heard those words ring through my head as another man pulled Bacchus off of me.

"Just trying to have some fun, man." Bacchus said, raising his hands up as the other guy pushed him against the wall. I squinted my eyes and tried to concentrate on what was happening next to me, but my vision was still hazy. The guy was tall, and muscular. His hair was salmon colored and he wore dark clothes. I couldn't make out much more, but he seemed very familiar.

Was this one of the guys in the band?

I pondered who he was in my head as I watched him grab Bacchus by this t-shirt collar. "I don't give a fuck, people like you really make me sick. Get the hell out of here." He said in a low voice, tossing Bacchus towards  what I assumed to be the exit, whichever way we came from.

After a couple security guards escorted Bacchus out, the guy with the salmon hair turned to me. "Are you okay?"

I was still leaning against the wall, my vision getting more and more fuzzy as I felt my body collapsing. I felt him catch me, next, all I could see was darkness.
