A week have passed since that incident. I tried my best to get over it. And I still haven't told Eisuke about the marriage.

I went to a park with Alexie, and a highschool girlfriend, because she wanted an all-girls bachelorette party-no kissing of boys, nor drinking beer. I wouldn't even call it a bachelorette party.

"So, I suggest you wear the black one instead of the red." Our friend said. "How about you, Megumi. What do you suggest?"

They were talking about what color of lingerie Alexie would wear on her honeymoon.

"I prefer the red one. I think it looks sexy." I said. Alexie nodded in agreement. "I think so too..."

"Do you want to eat? It's pass 2, so..." We all nodded. "I'll treat you guys." she said.

After our lunch we went to our friend's house.

"Have a seat." our friend said, beckoning us to sit on the chairs in the veranda.

We sat down, and Alexie's eyes locked on the picture hanging on a post.

"Is that... us?" Both of us came closer. "That is us... we were so young back then." I smiled.

Our friend came back with some papers on her hand. "I've got it, so... let's start." We all sat down, and talked about the honeymoon.

"Y'know John has nice abs." Alexie said. "And I don't want to be left behind. So, I want to be sexy. But, how?"
She asked. I tried my best not to laugh, but that's just how friends are-they laugh at each other. "BWAHAHA!!!"

Alexie felt insulted. "That's not nice, Megumi." our friend chided. "S-sorry." I quickly apologized.

"Why don't you just work out, or go into a diet, or things like that." I said. "It's too hard!" She whined. "If you don't want to be left behind, then do it!" I encouraged her. "Okay, fine, I'll try." she said. "For the sake of sexiness." She added, and we broke out in laughter.

"Oh, Megumi. Did you already asked Eisuke about going to Paris?" Alexie reminded. "No, not yet. I'll ask him later." I replied.

After 4 hours...

I left our friend's house, and was heading back, when I saw a familiar figure across street.

I hid on a post, and observed Eisuke from afar.

He rang the doorbell, and hid the bouquet behind his back.

I narrowed my eyes, so I can make sure it's him.

As soon as the gate opened, the same girl was revealed. I flinched when Eisuke gave the girl the bouquet.

A little girl suddenly came out, and hugged Eisuke's leg.

Eisuke crouched down, and placed a hand over her head, smiling. He carressed the little girl's cheek, while talking to her.

I clawed my chest.

I would rather feel the physical pain.

Eisuke carried the little girl, who I think was 3 years old. He bade goodbye to the woman, and carried the little girl to his car.

Could that be his... daughter?!?

I called out a cab, and went straight to the hotel.

***********************************
I was about to knock on the penthouse, when I heard laughter of a little girl inside.

"Ei-Su-Ke." the little girl tried to speak Eisuke's name. "Good, now say yours."

Eisuke spoke first. "Crys-tal."

"Kistal." the little girl said, causing Eisuke to chuckle.

"No. Crys-tal."

"Crystal." the little girl said, giggling.

My heart: I bet he would be a great dad in the future. *sighs dreamily*

My mind: He is already a dad, dummy!

My heart: N-no, he's not!

My mind: Do you want to ask him!?!

Ugh, stop fighting, guys!

I went down to the employee dorm.

I packed my things for my trip to Paris. My flight was 3 days from now.

As soon as I finished packing, I headed back up to the penthouse.

I knocked on the door. "Who is it?" He asked. "It's me." I mumbled.

"Go hide in the bathroom." I can hear Eisuke whispering-but not exactly, after all I can hear him.

Eisuke opened the door. "That's weird, why did you knock? And what are you doing here?" Eisuke wasn't himself.

I raised an eyebrow. "You're the one that's weird." I said, shoving his chest so I can enter. "I lost something, maybe I left it here."

Obviously, I lied. I didn't left something. I just needed an excuse.

"Maybe it's in the bathroom." I know the little girl is in there.

He won't tell me he has a daughter, then fine! I'll find about it myself.

I was about to open the door, when Eisuke pulled me to him.

He nuzzled into my neck, but I didn't fall for it. I wriggled myself out of his embrace, and good thing I really left something.

It was my bracelet. "I found it now." I said, lifting the bracelet. But that's not the only thing I have found. You really didn't want me to know, huh, Eisuke? "Good, so now you can go."

Is he telling me to leave!?!

"Okay, fine!" I said in a calm way-or maybe not-and was about to leave the penthouse.

"Megumi, wait." My heart stopped. I spun around. "You can stay at your dorm tonight."

"Why?"

"No questions asked."

He strode to his office, slamming the door as he closed it.

I rushed outside the penthouse.

When the elevator closed, tears that I was controlling, fell.

The elevator opened, and Ota entered. I looked away, so he won't see me crying. "Hi Megumi!" Ota cheerfuly greeted.

"Hi." was my reply, and I still didn't look at him. "Are you crying?" He asked. Tears flowed uncontrollably. "It's okay. Is this about Eisuke?" He hugged me, and I buried my face in his chest. "Yes, he... He has... a.. daughter!" I stammered. Ota was shocked "From whom?"

"I-I don't know, but I'm pretty sure he still has a relationship with that girl."

"But, please don't tell him I knew." Ota nodded, and gave me his handkerchief.

"Maybe it was just a misunderstanding."

I told Ota about what I saw on the mall, and he perfectly understood my feelings.

I left the elevator and headed back to the dorm.

I buried my face in my pillow, and cried a lot. I mean, a loooot.

I cried myself to sleep.
