It was...

It was so obvious that the two fathers were playing matchmakers between their children.

Abhi kind of felt happy but looking at Pragya's face he decided to be unhappy.

Pragya was staring at him like she would burn him,and she saw him smile that was the end of it.

Abhi gulped in fear,while Pragya was irritated like hell.

Neil and Ram took it into their hands.

Neil went to Pragya's side while Ram went to Abhi's.

"Come on guys!!"Ram said.

Abhi looked at Pragya,she bit her lips and forced a smile at him.

Pragya slowly brought a piece of chappati near his mouth.

Abhi was surprised but cherished that second.

Pragya looked at Abhi,his eyes expressed clear happiness.

Abhi took a piece of chappati and did the same. His heart fluttered in happiness,this was another moment he wouldn't forget in his life.

Once their work was done the two fathers dismissed to their seats.

Pragya was in a deep confusion. She was really uncomfortable,being with Abhi like that,...she didn't want that.But looking at the people around her ,who were happy only because of them,she couldn't stop herself but smile.

Neil cleared his throat gaining everyone's attention,all looked at him.

"Actually there is something else"he stopped for a second and looked at Ram"and he will continue" he pointed at Ram.

Ram widened his eyes,he stared at his best friend,who was finding every opportunities to betray him.

"Ah...its" Ram looked at his daughter's  face"I know everything happened like that" he looked at Abhi "but what has to be done should be done right?"

Every one looked at him with expecting face except the married couple,as they knew that it has to do something about them.

"Its not a big deal...but we will have your reception tonight"Ram said  quickly and everyone smiled except the two.

Pragya was a little shocked,she had lots of dreams about her reception with Suresh,but now it was Abhi whom she should dream with,but she couldn't.

Not that she still loves Suresh,its just that she expected too much from him.

All looked at the couple,Abhi's expression was not very hard to predict,when they looked at Pragya they were a little worried.

Ram and Priya were more worried,they knew how much she was excited about her wedding and all.

Pragya quickly came out of her thoughts and smiled at every one.

"So...excuse me!"she excused herself in the name of hand washing.

She reached the kitchen,washed her hands, stood there hesitantly to meet others. She didn't  know how to react after this.

She stood there staring at nothing in particular until she heard footsteps.

She started washing her hands again.She acted quite well. She turned around.

Abhi wanted to check on her,and every one told him to go too. So he went after a few minutes.

He saw her washing hands,he waited until she turned towards him.

"I came here to tell you that"he saw her clueless face "that the double battery is very lucky!"

Pragya stared at him"Huh?"

Abhi immediately panicked "No no no"he got it that she again misunderstood "I didn't  mean in that way"

Pragya folded her hands across her chest" Then in what way?"

Abhi looked into her eyes and with a sad smile "He is lucky because he was able to look at you in your eyes and tell his feelings,because he was able to make you love him,because he never was misunderstood"and at last he said " and because he got to be the one you love"

He smiled"But he is really unlucky to have messed with you,your feelings,your family and me" he looked down and then looked at her"He is really unlucky"

He washed his hands and left the place leaving her and her thoughts alone.

Pragya was dumbfounded ,'what is he trying to say now?...again and again I'm getting confused,did I really misunderstood him?...then what about that I saw with my eyes...he is confusing me a lot....god please help me'

I am really really sorry  for being this late,I am an idiot🤗🤗suddenly my brain stopped working thats why I'm really sorry I will try to update properly  guys...even if I didn't  please don't get angry on mee😁😁😁
