Acrylic paint
Dotting tool or a toothpick
Polymer clay
Glue
Procedure
Paint your cup the color that you want your boba tea.
Take your dotting tool and paint dots on the bottom to form the bubbles.
Roll out your clay and take the top of the cup and use it as a mold and then cut out the clay.
Make a little hole inside the clay so that you can put your money inside.
Let it bake in the oven, then glue it on the top of the cup.
