CYNTHIA JAMES HAS A LOUD AND CHAOTIC LIFE, WHICH SHE DOESN'T ENJOY. But sometimes she just craved silence, because in the silence her emotions became loud, as does her inspiration. Which leads us to now, Cynthia sits alone in the library with a notebook in front of her. She slouches forward, her head resting in the palm of her hand. It's moments like these she loves the most.

Often times she feels an uncertainty within' herself because she's never really one hundred about anyone in her life, including Maggie — no matter how much she loves her best friend. She only feels one hundred percent when she is writing or singing, but lately, she doesn't have time for it. With Glee club and all, it can get distracting. Especially because Cynthia is the type of girl to make sacrifices so everyone is happy — which is needed a lot in the Glee club.

The girl taps her pencil on the library table, lost in her own thoughts until a male voice spoke up. "Is this seat taken," they asked and she looked up. The sight of a tall boy with black hair and dark brown eyes stood above her. If that wasn't enough to intimidate her, it was the football letterman jacket that was enough to do it.

She immediately sat up straight and took a swallow, "oh no, it's all yours!" She said in a panic, moving all her things to the side so it wasn't in the boy's way.

When he saw her panicking to move her things he was quick to reassure the girl, "hey it's fine don't worry about it! Sorry to invade your space like that, there was just nowhere else to sit." He smiled at her, and Cynthia nodded back, returning the smile. He sat down and put his backpack on the table in front of him as he started to rummage through it. "I'm Mike," he introduced, still looking through his backpack.

Cynthia's eyes were wide and she took another harsh swallow. Of course, she knew Mike, the Mike Chang. Practically one of the smartest students at this school, and on the football team. At McKinley, if you're a Cheerio or on the football team; you're automatically popular. Not only that but Cynthia finds people here attractive, but Mike Chang was certainly, in her opinion, the hottest guy at McKinley. Of course, she'd never actually talked to him until this moment she really has no clue how is personality is. Hopefully, it's not bad, because a personality can make someone ugly.

She nodded, "I'm Cynthia," she said before quickly looking down at her notebook once more. Her cheeks slightly flushed a pink color due to the nervousness she was feeling. Cynthia looked down far too quickly that she didn't even notice that Mike had looked up from his backpack to shake her hand and throw her a smile. Now he just sat and took in her features. Her bright green eyes could be seen from a mile away, her hair a dirty blonde with a natural wave to it, she was pretty there was no doubting it whatsoever.
