it was unfortunate how a weeks vacation could close so soon. after failed fishing attempts, learning to paddle board, and lots of smores it was for sure something to remember.
while san was upstairs being an organized adult wooyoung paid zero attention to preparing for tomorrow departure.
there was two ways to spend a last night of vacation. enjoying it or ending it early. and these two were polar opposites.
wooyoung couldn't help but lay calmly in the soft summer breeze and enjoy a final sunset among the waves of the bay . it was too much of a sight to miss !
san wasn't happy though. he came off the porch with a bang of the slamming door , which he hadn't slammed but rather naturally occurred, and walked over to the sets of trees. a hammock tied to two.
"i'm not packing your stuff for you... you know that right." san pointed out, making it very clear he was not in charge of his boyfriends belongings.
wooyoung just have a laugh. "you think i don't know that, dont you?" he replied.
"so go pack !" san hollered , pointing back to the house. wooyoung wouldn't know that though, he didn't have his eyes opened. "i flip you out of there. it's very easy."
wooyoung's head took a noticeable tilt and gave a smirk to the boy beside him. "i'd be glad to see you try that, bubs." he said in a rather intimidating manor. "just relax ! your luggage isn't going anywhere, but this moment is."
san had noticeable pink flushing against his cheeks as he turned his face toward the sunset to think, blowing air out the corner of his mouth to move a few pieces of hair. "fine."
san walked over and kicked off his sandy flip flops before slowly trying to climb into the hammock beside wooyoung.
hammocks were complicated. it was weird trying to balance and typically could swing around easily at the drop of a hat. although it took some tumbles and restarts the two were easily able to settle.
sans head laid softly on the others chest as wooyoung played with the front pieces of his hair, the blue ones to be specific .
san had his eyes closed as if exhausted in a tired pout almost. the only senses he really needed were touch, to feel wooyoungs warmth. sound, to listen to the oceans waves, although they were small. and smell to let the salty bay breeze kick into his nose.
"now. what was it you wanted me to pack? cause i can go do that for you." wooyoung teased, knowing san would have much rather enjoyed a relaxing night instead of anxious packing and nervous breakdowns.
" i'll literally drown you if you don't shut the fuck up." san responded against the others ruffled hoodie.
both laid silently for a while longer. no word but softness could be used to describe such a moment. everything was gentle.
the humidity was gone and all the heat was balanced with a breeze. the water was nothing but ripples now. the sun was gone and purple and blue painted the skies.
and san was softly asleep against wooyoung, who was half was down the same path of slumber. and he had no intentions of waking the sleeping boy in his arms.
